They just want to cut corners by force and chop money for themselves. It is not my money they will chop in the name of fast tracking

like someone said, I'm sure the passport are ready, but what I can't tell is how a big country like Nigeria can't have an online tracking for an organization as big as the NIS, if not for the proceeds of corruption they are entitled to

Toplap:
Update: I am at the passport office Ikoyi to verify the status of my application. Servicom said it is almost ready but refused to give me a date. What kind of people are this?

I stylishly went to another officer to see if he can confirm a date for me but that one too went into another room with my enrolment number, came back to say it is in processing, then asked me how soon I want It, so we can fast track. Is that what I asked you to help me confirm?

I am not leaving here until someone confirms a date for me. Wakanda nonsense country and system is this na.

I'm totally fed up...

seggzzy:
It's possible that your passport is ready, but the officer still want to extort you by collecting extra 10k from you. These officers have no conscience at all and are very greedy. Despite the fact that he has extorted you by collecting #45k for a passport of #26k he is still looking for more.

very annoying, I paid 45k only to receive a notification on my email for a payment of #25,600 to the FG.....they collect the remaining and still expect more

I captured on the 3rd of march at Festac office, since then I haven't gotten my passport, I even called an immigration lady that assisted me this morning and she told me that they are still stuck with those that captured in January, I did a renewal and was given an option to pay normal 45k or 55k to fast track. I chose the 45k route and this morning she's reminding me that I should have paid for the 55k that now there is no booklet .... I really don't get how I'm buying a booklet for 10k

I think say you get coconut head

Metaversed:

Hello, can one apply to university of Hull without going through UCAS?

Upon trying to apply to Hull, I was directed to UCAS and have now filled out the application, but before submitting, I have to pay a whopping £22. Can this be bypassed?

if £22 is "whooping" then definitely UK ain't for you, check Canada or US

Hahaha, I don laugh tire...this one can cure depression

If you chose uba and chose their head office marina branch it will be faster. All other branch will still have to forward it to their head office first. Choosing marina branch is the fastest

can one chose marina without actually having to visit marina

AlphaUno:
I think you should be able to use that too but what I meant by 'US card' is someone paid for the applicant using her US card in the US

can someone pay for it from the UK as well?

It's not Msc! She's doing an MBA from Oxford University which is one of the best schools in the whole world. That's like going to the Harvard University of Uk. Average starting salary for an Oxford University MBA graduate is £114,000.
(Reference - https://rankings.ft.com/rankings/2866/mba-2022).

Like I said before, the biggest companies in the world recruit directly from ivy league universities like London Business School, Cambridge, Oxford, Kings College London, Imperial College, Durham University, University of Edinburgh e.t.c. All these schools already have partnerships with these companies so getting a job is not an issue. The schools only admit the most intelligent and ambitious students so impressing the interview panel is usually quite easy. Also, her parents can afford the fees so why not?

Paying £65k school fees and getting a yearly salary of £114k working for Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, JP Morgan, McKinsey etc is a huge bargain. I know someone from my university who did her MBA at London Business School and got a job offer in her first year of the MBA and before she even started working, the top company she works for gave her £30k cash as a sign-on bonus (basically saying thank you for joining us).

I know a lot of Nigerians can't afford to go to ivy league schools but that doesn't mean that those who can afford to do so shouldn't go because it's expensive.

£114k per year after £65k for MBA minus high school -undergraduate, meanwhile some footballers earn that in a week, mehn, Grace get levels jare
