*Obaseki boosts emergency response with launch of Edo EMS* _*...trains 200 community-based first responders*_ The Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, has boosted emergency response with the launch of the first phase of the emergency medical services in the State. The emergency medical service provides toll free numbers of 112 and 739 linked to the Solomon Arase Command and Control Centre in the State to enable residents to get medical services within a space of ten minutes. The Edo EMS emergency medical services number for prompt response to emergency health issues covers Oredo, Egor, and other selected parts of the State for the first or pilot phase of the programme. 200 Community-Based First Responders (CBFR) are to be trained in the next one week to flag off the programme. Speaking to the 200 CBFR, at the John Odigie Oyegun Public Service Academy (JOOPSA), Governor Godwin Obaseki said the Edo EMS emergency medical services number is one of the most innovative services that has been launched in Nigeria's healthcare system. According to him, “The Edo Emergency Medical Services is an integrated system, as you can't do one without the other. You must have a network of responders, carefully selected people across the network, give them required training and support, have communication devices, and a functional command and control Center where calls come in as each step is monitored, and a system that pays for these services on a sustainable basis. In Nigeria, we have not been able to sustain our emergency response. "We have been able to crack it in Edo State and I am here to be trained as an emergency responder. We must care for our people and care for each other. We have partners ready to collaborate with us as they are truly committed to providing emergency services for our people.” He further noted, "This service is possible because of the diligent steps taken in the last six years as a government to think through how to provide services for our people and citizens, particularly in the healthcare sector. We realized early that healthcare is not equal to hospitals but a system that provides for the well-being of the people. "Early in my administration, we decided on the health improvement plan for Edo State and thanks to the CMD of UBTH who was with us in the beginning when we conceptualized what you are seeing today. "We must decentralize health care, and make sure the primary health care system works as that system has recruited most of the responders we see here today. Healthcare is all about having committed and dedicated people that will man the healthcare system and make it work.” Speaking on the State’s Health Insurance Scheme and efforts to make healthcare affordable for Edo residents, Obaseki said: “Our own health insurance scheme is one of the best run in Nigeria as we have over 200,000 enrollees in the short term we have established it. The enrollees have been paying their premium diligently and we are proud of their services.” He charged the responders, “You are the most critical factor as you are being trained as emergency responders. I want to thank you for volunteering yourself to receive the training and skills required to provide the support. I want to assure you that we have thought it through very carefully as yours is a network to be encouraged and supported because you are a critical factor in saving lives in Edo State.” Representative of Partner Emergency Response Africa, Folake Owodunni who made a presentation on Project Overview of Edo EMS said emergency care is the right of every citizen and should be accessed by everyone in the State. She noted, “We have selected 200 responders who will be trained as we have developed a robust training curriculum. We have revitalized and prepared four ambulances for the pilot phase for Oredo, Egor and selected parts of the State.” *PHOTO CAPTION* L-R: Edo State Commissioner for Public Security and Safety, Kingsley Uwagbale; Project Director, ERA, Folake Owodunni; Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki; Project Manager, ERA, Kate Ibeanusi, and Health Commissioner, Dr. Samuel Alli, during the launching of the first phase of the emergency medical services in Edo State, on Tuesday, March 5, 2024.

Obaseki assures sustained collaboration, pledges to promote independence of judiciary The Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, has said his government will continue to prioritise reforms to guarantee the independence of the State’s Judiciary, assuring better collaboration with the Judiciary and other stakeholders to sustain the peace, security and stability witnessed in the State. Obaseki gave the assurance when he received members of the body of Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SAN) led by Ighodalo Imadengbelo who paid him a courtesy visit in his office, at the Government House, Benin City, the Edo State capital. He said his government will continue to support the Judiciary, ensuring a safe and enabling environment for the judicial arm of government to effectively carry out its duties and responsibilities. Obaseki said, “I want to leave a stronger Judiciary than I met. We believe in the independence of the Judiciary and that’s why I have signed into law the autonomy bill of the Judiciary and the legislative arm of government. “We need these institutions to be strong and independent because they serve as a check to each other and serve to strengthen the basis of our democracy. “The Judiciary is the bastion of our democracy as it's the Judiciary we run to when politicians don’t agree. The Judiciary is very important and the basis for our existence because without law and order there will be anarchy.” He further noted, “Investing in the judiciary is very important and a priority as we have invested in physical infrastructure like building official accommodations for Judges across the State and have earmarked more developments for the system; we are revamping the Magistracy and will soon start commissioning Magistrate Courts across the State. “We have worked to improve the efficiency of the Judiciary through training in excess of 100 court reporters over the last few years, deploying technology and connecting our Courts across the State with fibers and high speed internet connectivity. We will make all the investments needed to make our Judiciary number one in Nigeria.” Obaseki added, “We are glad that you appreciate what we have done till date but what is more important is the improvement of physical infrastructure you see and in our view, is not as important as ensuring a total reform in the process of reforming the Judiciary itself.” Earlier, members of the body of Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SAN), led by Ighodalo Imadegbelo commended the governor for his developmental strides in the Judiciary. Speaking on their behalf, Imadegbelo said, “We have watched you for the past seven years as governor of Edo State and we have seen what you have done in the State, especially for the Judiciary as the High Court Complex is a testament of your infrastructural development in the State. “As a critical stakeholder and the body of SANs, we always know what is happening in Nigeria. So, we acknowledge your performance in the State. We say you have done well and encourage you to keep it up. *PHOTO CAPTION* L-R: Edo State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Oluwole Osaze-Uzzi; Ighodalo Imadengbelo; Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, and Olayiwola Afolabi, during a courtesy visit by members of the body of Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SAN) led by Imadengbelo, at the Government House in Benin City, recently.

OBASEKI REFORMS: WE’VE CULTIVATED OVER 2,000 HECTARES OF OIL PALM, NOW EXPORTING TO ONDO, KWARA, OTHERS... 27 FEB 2024-BRAVAG LIMITED In a chat with journalists, Oviawe noted that the company’s milling plant will start processing FFB next month, when the equipment installation is complete. According to him, “We have 2,000 hectares of oil palm. We will start milling in the next one month, as I said, because we have fruits coming out in bunches. We call them FFB (fresh fruit bunches). We are now selling to other mills in Edo State; they come in to buy. Even from outside the state, from as far as Ondo. “Today, we have enquiries from Kwara; they want to come down and collect from us. Even from Delta, they come in to buy oil palm from us. We have a mill that is starting production in another month or two. But because our mill is not ready, that is why we are selling bunches to other millers.” He added that the Edo State Geographic Information Service (EdoGIS) has also been instrumental to the ease of doing business in the State as it has simplified ease of securing of legitimate land titles which has eased access to finance.

*Edo 2024: Ighodalo receives certificate of return, confident of victory* *_…PDP is one, organised only one legal primary in Edo, says PDP nat’l chair_* *_…Guber candidate pledges to transform Edo to first world economy_* Former Chairman of Sterling Bank Plc and Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the September 21, 2024 Edo governorship election, Dr. Asue Ighodalo, on Tuesday, received his Certificate of Return as the party’s flag bearer in the election, from the PDP National Working Committee. The certificate presentation comes after he emerged winner of the governorship primary which took place last week Thursday at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City, the Edo State capital. The renowned businessman, accomplished lawyer and boardroom guru, in a landslide victory, polled 577 of the 585 accredited votes to clinch the party’s ticket, defeating nine other aspirants including the incumbent deputy governor of the State, Philip Shaibu and Anselm Ojezua, among others. He was accompanied to receive the certificate by the State’s Party Chairman, Dr. Anthony Aziegbemi; former Deputy Governor, Chief Mike Ogiadomhe, and Senator Ehigie Uzamere, among others. Presenting the certificate of return to the Edo PDP guber candidate at the PDP National Secretariat, Wadata Plaza, in Abuja, the Party National Chairman, Amb. Umar Damagum, said the PDP is one and that the party organized and recognized only the primary election which took place at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City and produced Ighodalo as its candidate. Expressing confidence that the party will emerge victorious in the September governorship election, Amb. Damagum said: “Edo is an easy ride for us. We will emerge victorious. What we should be focused on now is uniting our party and bringing all stakeholders together to ensure we retain our seat at Osadebey Avenue. “You have to put in your all going forward. I wish to use the opportunity to congratulate our party’s gubernatorial candidate, Dr. Asue Ighodalo, and wish you success as you go around the State during your campaign.” He added, “The PDP is one and we organized and recognized only one primary in Edo which produced Dr. Asue Ighodalo. There are rules and guidelines in line with our party’s Constitution. We set up an electoral committee led by the Governor of Zamfara State, Dauda Lawal as Chairman, and the Governor of Delta State, Sheriff Oborevwhori as the committee’s Co-Chairman. They held the primary in a transparent, fair, and credible process which was live on several television stations. To the glory of God that primary election produced Dr. Asue Ighodalo as our party’s candidate.” In his appreciation speech after receiving the certificate of return, the Edo PDP governorship candidate, Dr. Ighodalo commended all stakeholders of the party for their support, promising to transform Edo State to a first-world economy if elected as governor. He said, “I thank our party members and leaders as well as other stakeholders of the party, especially the youths, who took me through the length and breadth of Edo State during my consultation to become our party’s candidate. I am extremely proud to be a member of this party. I also appreciate our women for their love and support. They carried me on their back from day one. “I am grateful for the fairness and transparency of the national leadership of the party. I salute the National Working Committee (NWC) for the transparent and fair manner in which it conducted the primary election in Edo State. The MKO Abiola election of 1993 was the closest to what we recorded at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium on Thursday, February 22, 2024.” Ighodalo further noted, “To the youths, it’s our time. By the grace of God and the will of the people of Edo State, we will run a government upheld by youths and with youths. Together, we will turn Edo into a state that everyone will be proud of. “I will show leadership and direction. Our youths have promised that they won’t fail. We will show the rest of the world what we can achieve together as a people. We can become a first-world sovereign in Africa. I have seen the path and together, with your support and collaboration, we will achieve this.” Urging for a united front ahead of the September gubernatorial election, Ighodalo stated, “I can’t complete this gratitude without acknowledging my co-aspirants, especially those who stepped down for me from the beginning of this process up to the day of the primary election, particularly Omosede Igbinedion who stepped down for me on the day of the primary. “The contest is over. Let’s come together as one. We need to work together as one team. We must unite to retain our seat at Osadebey Avenue and drive the progress of our State.” “I promise that this ticket is for all of us. I will take your advice; we will work together in the interest of our people. You’re all great men and women with varying capabilities and capacities. We will bring these capabilities together to move our State forward,” he added. *PHOTO CAPTION* L-R: Acting National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Amb. *Ighodalo congratulates APC, Labour Candidates, calls for Issue-based campaigns* *_...says he is in the race to bring prosperity to Edolites, transform Edo from a third world economy to a first world sub-national_* The People's Democratic Party (PDP) Governorship candidate in the forthcoming Edo State Governorship election, Dr. Asue Ighodalo, congratulated the governorship candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Labour Party (LP) Senator Monday Okpebholo and Barr. Olumide Akpata on their emergence as flag bearers for their respective Parties; urging them to join him in a commitment to focus on issue-based campaigns ahead of the 2023 Governorship election. Dr. Ighodalo restated his firm belief that Edo’s strength was the unity of her people; and he appealed to all candidates to refrain from campaigning with messages that promote division and disunity. “The February 2023 general elections saw a level of hate and vitriol masked as political sloganeering that took this nation to the brink; and the fires politicians lit back then continued to smoulder across the nation. “I and my team will continue to campaign to the people of Edo State in language and behaviour that seeks to unite rather than divide. We will stay focused on the issues that matter to our people; and there will be no descent into abuse, ethnic-baiting and name-calling. We must not destroy the unity of the State we seek to govern. I therefore urge all my fellow candidates to similarly run respectful issue-based campaigns.” he said. Dr. Asue Ighodalo, who expressed concern over the level of economic hardship people were going through, stated that he and his team of young professionals and politicians have identified a pathway to the lifting of millions of citizens into prosperity. “We intend to open up the state by reducing insecurity, and by securing the financing and attracting the private sector investors needed to build our intrastate roads; I, working with my team, will grow the economy of the state, create jobs, and provide a better life for our people.” Dr. Ighodalo emerged as the winner of the PDP Governorship primaries conducted at the lawn tennis court inside the Ogbe Stadium sports complex, on Thursday the 22nd of February, 2024. |

*Labour Party Elects Anderson As Gov Candidate, Rejects Akpata* *Times Newspaper* Daud Olatunji In a significant turn of events, the Lamidi Apapa-led Labour Party has chosen Uwadiae Asemota Anderson, a seasoned lawyer and Managing Partner of Neplus Ultra, as its gubernatorial candidate for Edo state. The decision was made during the party primaries held at the Golden Tulip Hotel Etete, GRA Benin City, Edo state. Anderson secured a resounding affirmation with 188 votes, showcasing strong support within the party. The primaries were conducted by Chief Electoral Officer, Comrade Roland Daramola, and the Secretary of the electoral committee, Bishop Favour Reuben. However, a twist occurred as another candidate, Olumide Akpata, emerged from the Julius Abire-led Labour Party, declaring victory with 316 votes in a separate exercise held in Benin City. This conflicting outcome led to a heated dispute within the party. National Publicity Secretary, Comrade Abayomi Arabambi, expressed dissatisfaction, denouncing Akpata’s candidacy as “ultra vires, non and void,” citing legal judgments from the Federal High Court in Owerri, the Court of Appeal in Owerri, and the Supreme Court in Abuja. Arabambi questioned Akpata’s legitimacy and alleged ties to the PDP, emphasizing the party’s commitment to upholding court rulings. The controversy further intensified as PLATFORM TIMES obtained court documents affirming the restraint of Abure, the candidate from the Abire-led faction. A Federal High Court in Imo state, the Court of Appeal in Owerri, and the Supreme Court all upheld the decision that Alhaji Lamidi Apapa remains the acting chairman of the Labour Party. Amidst these legal battles, Uwadiae Asemota Anderson stands as the undisputed candidate for the Lamidi Apapa-led faction, emphasizing stability and adherence to legal norms. Anderson, a graduate of Ambrose Alli University, has an impressive legal background, having handled numerous election petition cases and civil matters. His experience and track record in navigating legal challenges position him as a formidable candidate for the Labour Party in the upcoming gubernatorial election in Edo state. As the election season unfolds, the Labour Party braces for a fierce contest, with Anderson leading the charge against other contenders. The intricacies of party politics and legal battles add an extra layer of complexity to an already dynamic electoral landscape in Edo state. In a recent development, Bar. Monday Ojore Mawah has been unveiled as the deputy governorship candidate for the Labour Party in the upcoming election in Edo state. This announcement positions Mawah alongside Anderson as they embark on their political journey, representing the party in the crucial race ahead.

*Edo developing a technological workforce to provide innovative solutions to societal problems, says Obaseki* The Edo State Government has said reforms in the State’s civil service, over the past seven years, are aimed at developing a new generation of workers equipped with the necessary technology and expertise to create and provide innovative solutions to societal challenges. The government said it is developing a technologically savvy workforce and harnessing the power of technology to enhance performance across all sectors of the State. The Edo State Head of Service, Dr. Anthony Okungbowa spoke during a Design Sprint Showcase event held at the John Odigie Oyegun Public Service Academy in Benin City, the Edo State capital. Represented by the Permanent Secretary of Human Resources, Mr. George Igberase, the Edo Head of Service reaffirmed the commitment of the Governor Godwin Obaseki-led administration to establishing functional institutions that are capable and well-empowered to address societal needs. Funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and facilitated by the ACIOE Associates in collaboration with the Edo State Government, the Design Sprint exercise empowered over 150 graduates and officers from various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) within the State's civil and public service on the use of digital tools and processes to enhance service delivery. According to Okungbowa, “The administration of His Excellency, Mr. Godwin Obaseki from inception set out to revolutionize the traditional way of doing things by focusing on revamping the civil/ public service of the State. One of the cardinal objectives of this goal was to create institutions that work. “A look down seven years before now shows a period of unprecedented technological growth. The Government did not only embrace technology but adopted technology as a means of carrying out work processes in the service.” He added, “One of the impacts of this is an improved and technology-driven workforce. Today, we are celebrating the achievements of some of our first officers in the service who now think, breathe, and speak technology. Today the officers will pitch their prototypes to us having gone through rigorous sessions of workshops and field work to identify challenges. They will also propose solutions that can be delivered through technology.” In his remark, the Commissioner for Digital Economy, Science and Technology, Hon. Ogbeide Ifaluyi-Isibor expressed confidence that the solutions developed during the course of the event would be put to good use, adding that the execution of projects stemming from these solutions would propel both the government and the governed forward. He noted, “We had this Programme for the last two weeks where civil/public servants in Edo State have been coming together to brainstorm to figure out solutions to some of the problems we have in Government and in our society. They were able to showcase competence and their knowledge in understanding possible solutions.” Stakeholders from various ministries, departments, agencies, and private partners attended the Design Sprint event. It also garnered participation from top government functionaries, including commissioners, Special Advisers, permanent secretaries, directors, and executive senior staff from different MDAs to discuss potential challenges affecting the State and explore innovative solutions to addressing them. *PHOTO CAPTION* L-R: Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Digital Economy, Science and Technology, Yuwa Naps; Edo State Commissioner for Digital Economy, Science & Technology, Ogbeide Ifaluyi-Isibor, and representative of Edo State Head of Service and Permanent Secretary, Directorate of Human Resources, Mr. George Igberase, during a Design Sprint Showcase event held at the John Odigie Oyegun Public Service Academy in Benin City, recently.

*Obaseki inspects ongoing Ekehuan Road construction, others* _*…reassures on completion*_ The Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki led other government functionaries to inspect ongoing road construction projects in Ekehuan, Ugbiyoko and environs. Speaking to journalists after the inspection, Obaseki, reassured on the completion of the construction projects before leaving office, noting that the road is very significant as it leads to Gelegele which is the closest point to the Benin Port. Obaseki was accompanied by the Commissioner for Road and Bridges, Ethan Uzamere; Commissioner for Public Safety and Security, Kingsley Uwagbale and other top government officials. According to him, “This is a very significant road, and the main road leading to Igbine, Gelegele, and the closest point to the Benin Port Project. Initially, we would need this road to move men and materials during construction to the Benin River Port. “Subsequently, part of the Benin Port Project is to build a dedicated road to move traffic but between now and when the Port will be completed, this will be the major arteries. When we did our last survey, we had nothing less than 100,000 persons dwelling in this neighborhood as it's a highly populated area and these are our citizens. Hence, there is no reason why they should continue to endure the hardship caused by this road.” Obaseki reassured, “Like I said, every major project I started, I will complete them before leaving office in November 2024.” On his part, the contractor of the Ekehuan Road Project, Engr. Ighiere Duke noted that by October 2024, the road project would have been concluded. He said, “We have started the earthwork and concrete work simultaneously and by the end of March 2024, asphalt work would have started. Our target is that by October 2024, anything about Ekehuan Road will be completed and commuters and residents living on Ekehuan Road will have reasons to smile and thank the governor for the work.” Also, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Roads and Bridges, Ferguson Enabulele said concrete technology has been deployed in constructing roads in the State since 2016. He stated, “When Obaseki took office in 2016, concrete technology was one of the technologies he used for road construction. It was used in Navies and Ogieva Streets Projects. “From 2016 till date, Navies and Ogieva Streets have been intact. When we carried out the design of Ekenwan Road, we discovered that there are associated spot segments that have low line areas. The governor suggested the use of this technology which may last for a minimum of 70 years and we decided to use this technology for low-line areas.” The Permanent Secretary added, “The technology is good and it may be used in the construction of other roads across the State.” A resident of the area, Mr. Uche Nwanbuzo thanked the governor for the road construction project, noting that he is satisfied with the level of work. A bus driver plying the Ekenhuan –Ring Road route, Mrs. Precious Nwango, commended the governor for his developmental strides across the State. *PHOTO CAPTION* L-R: Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki; Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Roads and Bridges, Ferguson Enabulele, and Commissioner for Road and Bridges, Ethan Uzamere, during inspection of ongoing construction on Ekehuan Road, in Benin City, on Friday.

Governor Obaseki made a N10million presentation to her foundation when she was presented to the Governor at the commissioning of the Cee-Jackson Apartment and the 73rd birthday celebration of the Chairman of Benin Port Project, Mr. Greg Ogbeifun, in Benin City, the Edo State capital. According to the 500 level undergraduate of Fishery and Aquatic Biology at the Lagos State University, her decision to embark on the world record attempt was to give support to ongoing efforts to eradicate prostitution and cultism in the State. The read aloud marathon which is expected to last for 200 hours, would run for nine days, and is scheduled to take place at the State Library Complex, Secretariat Building, along Sapele Road, Benin City from February 23 to March 3, 2024. Commending her efforts, Governor Obaseki noted, "We are here to identify with what Greg Obgeifun loves and we have decided to support this young girl, Angel Asein who represents what we are in Edo. Education is a tool needed to compete across the globe and to succeed in the future and we are making sure we provide such a platform for our people.” He added, “I am passionate about this young girl who is trying to place Edo State in the Guinness Book of World Records by identifying with our own issues, telling the world our own stories, cleaning the distorted records, as she is trying to tell our own story to the world. I am giving you a present which is a donation to this young girl's foundation. I am donating the sum of N10 million.” Congratulating the celebrant, Mr. Greg Ogbeifun, the governor prayed that God grants him long life in good health, noting, "We are celebrating him today because of what he represents to all of us. We have seen different aspects of him, his role as a father and brother in this family; his role as a community leader in this Community; his role with his Alma Mater; his role in his profession, and his activities in supporting different courses especially those that concern young people across the Country. “I am proud of him as someone who, over the last seven years, has identified with us on the mission we are set out to achieve. That is, to take our legacy and inheritance, and reposition what we have inherited from our forebears and place us in a position to compete in today's world, now and in the future." Obaseki added, “In the last seven years, we have tried to move Edo State from an ancient great city to a modern dynamic city. We are here to dedicate this property. We thank you for the work you have done for the State, especially the efforts put into the Benin Port Project.” On his part, the celebrant who thanked God for good health, commended the governor and other guests for coming to felicitate with him. *PHOTO CAPTION* R-L: Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki; Chairman of Benin Port Project, Engr. We have intensified efforts to diversify the state's economy by tapping into our solid minerals deposits, particularly lithium, as a new source of Foreign Exchange (FX) earnings. We welcome representatives from international investors such as Renera Rosatom Energy Corporation and Uranium One, along with others who have expressed their willingness to partner with us. They can rest assured that we will provide them with the necessary resources to ensure they receive value for their investment and that the mining sector contributes significantly to boosting the state’s internally generated revenue.

*Dear Anselm Ojezua,* Your aspirations in becoming the Governor of Edo State is a joke taken too far and unrealistic in the State. I am advising you as a friend to take caution and do the right thing by honourably stepping down. How could you even think of such ambition? You must be joking. How possible could you imagine yourself being Edo Governor? Do you take the state for joke or something? I don't blame you, you have enjoyed so much relevance and support from Governor Obaseki and you think you can just wake any day and see yourself becoming Governor. It can never happen in this state. Forget about it. You do not possess the connection, wisdom and strength to lead Edo State. How? You? Except I don't know you. Many persons in Edo know that you have been a key player in the corruption eating deeply in Edo politics. You don't possess the integrity needed by Edo people to be their governor. That can never happen in this State. Delete that thought from you. I can see you have made yourself the spokesman for aggrieved aspirants of the PDP for the forthcoming primaries. I don't know who is funding you but please stop doing dirty jobs. You have done it in your law firm, as commissioner and till now. Don't you retire from this? What are you seriously enjoying doing dirty jobs? Well, it's within your right as postulated in the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to seek for elective positions but this right cannot work for you in Edo State. Please relax and support whoever emerges in PDP. First, I advise you to publicly step down from this aspiration and stop funding young and aspiring Edo Youth with data to promote your unrealistic expectations to becoming Governor. Use the monies to give these youth a better life and opportunity. You can't be wasting your time, energies and resources for what won't be. Your ambition to becoming Edo PDP gubernatorial candidate for the forthcoming gubernatorial election in Edo State is "Dead on Arrival" it's like wishing a rotten dead body to come back to life which is very impossible even if 7 demons are involved. You can't succeed in this card of destruction you are about playing just because money is floating from it. It is not very difficult for you to dump PDP Godforbid we lose this State to APC cause you are a political business man. Highest bidder politician. When the funds stops coming you start crying. You cannot use your greed to destroy Edo PDP. I advise that you step down or watch your political career being destroyed by your greed. Stop making yourself available for dirty jobs. It's time to retire and leave the stage. A word is enough for the wise. Dr. Salami.J. O
