1st you ve to make up your mind (yourself) that you are not smoking, then disassociate yourself from bad influence. Don't tell them or anybody dt you want to stop smoking.
2nd Delevop self hatred to the cigarette and d like, make sure you sifted your urge to something else (something dt can keep u from going out),
Keep ur urge under serious control. God help you. dt was what i did 8years ago.
