Jibson999: Gud day doc in d house, I'm a student in my early twenties. Late last year, I noticed I had this random shaking of ma fingers, and now it has increased, if I carry a spoon, cup, drawing materials my fingers start shaking and its getting embarrassing.
I just chkd ma blood pressure and got this : bp- 141/56, pulse- 66. Is it normal ? And please I'd like to know the cause and solution this

You have been having tremors and there are so many clinical conditions that can cause it depending on the type: fine, coarse or flapping. From your little description, it seems to me more like a coarse tremor, however, you'll have to see a medical doctor who will evaluate your symptoms and do a thorough examination on you. You may have to do some ivestigations, but that will be left to the discretion of your doctor.
As to your blood pressure, its quite high, however, one can't make a diagnosis of hypertension from a single reading. All the same, see a doctor for full evaluation.
