PoliticsRe: Nigeria To Use Sukuk For Infrastructural Funding by aligapa: 10:04pm On May 19, 2016
Iko5000:
Not true 100 per cent. you will still pay a high fee for the bond or loan . if its free then no Islamic bank will make a profit and therefore collapse
Sukuk (Arabic: صكوك‎, plural of صك Sakk, "legal instrument, deed, check"wink is the Arabic name for financial certificates, but commonly referred to as "sharia compliant" bonds. Sukuk are defined by the AAOIFI (Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions) as "securities of equal denomination representing individual ownership interests in a portfolio of eligible existing or future assets." The Fiqh academy of the OIC legitimized the use of sukuk in February 1988 Since fixed-income, interest-bearing bonds are not permissible in Sharia or Islamic law, Sukuk securities are structured to comply by not paying interest. This is generally done by involving a tangible asset in the investment. For example, by giving partial ownership of a property built by the investment company to the bond owner who collect the profit as rent, which is allowed under Islamic law. Upon expiration of the Sukuk, the rent payments cease.

HSBC estimates that as of 2009 there was $822bn Islamic finance debt outstanding in the world. According to the 2014 Global Islamic Finance Report, $1.813 trillion of assets are being managed in a sharia compliant manner.

In common usage outside of Arabic-speaking countries, the word "sukuk" is often used both as singular as well as plural. (In proper Arabic, "sukuk" is plural, "sakk" is singular.) Use of the word "sukuks" when referring to more than one Islamic bond is incorrect.

PoliticsRe: US Army Prepares For Nigeria’s Possible Break-up (2015) by aligapa: 12:23am On Aug 21, 2009
Well, I have thought about this before. It doesn't take a Nostradamus to predict this. Everybody has started understanding their games; their bloods temperatures rising and fuming for war. We are all tired of their empty promises. It is now obvious that the Militants have tested how weak and fearful Nigerian elites can be. Other militants would soon arise for their own piece of national cake. And soon after, when this becomes to rampant the elites would try to resist it. And this would eventually lead to a civil war that could break NIGERIA.
However this could be averted if only these elites are ready to make our country a better place to live in. But would they?, huh The answer is in their hands.
BusinessRe: Do You Know About Akin Alabi's Business? by aligapa: 2:09pm On Jun 10, 2009
Well, I've heard a lot about Akin Alabi, I have gone through all his sites and where they mentioned his name 775 time on Google search. I have never attended his seminars. I have read his adverts in Success Digests. I have never bought his ebooks. But I feel he is genuine. All that he is saying are practical. I believe him. And I want to be like him. That's why I have made efforts to even come and participate in this forum. Or what do you think. shocked
WebmastersGet Commission For Products You Don't Promote ! by aligapa(op): 5:06am On May 31, 2009
Get Commission in every clickbank sale

How do you cope with those visitors who LEAVE your site without buying ?

They've not found what they wanted, and so off they go to search again.

But how about making them search in a SPECIAL VERSION
of the ClickBank MarketPlace, where every product carries your affiliate code - so that you get commission on every sale?

But even better, you can add your own sponsor link - to any product or site you wish - to appear at the top of every page in that MarketPlace.

It's all FREE with SearchFeast, a search engine and traffic generator tool that simply involves adding one line of code to your site.

This ONE LINE
is the reason why I get GREAT sales of ClickBank products that I have never even heard of !

But here's the interesting part. There is an opportunity to place that link on the pages of everyone you refer to SearchFeast, making it a viral traffic generator.

That's right. Every day I get an increasing flow of traffic to the page of my choice with no sweat on my part.
