Meanwhile, you have to check the heat shield ie aluminium casing for the catalyst for shaking by gently hitting it with your hand.

Does it rattle only on acceleration?? If yes, then the culprit is your catalyst. Replace it and you solve the problem.

However if it rattles while not mobile then ask Gazzuz he is an authority in Honda cars
