Congratulations if you scaled through the aptitude test phase and was invited for the Follow up interview this week . Lets get in here and share ideas please.
And if there's anyone who has gone through this process before please don't hesitate to share your experience and hints that can help us all prepare.

After the test and the interview what is the next stage please?do you just get the job offer after those?

And what is the waiting period between interview and the next feedback?.
People who were successful in the last recruitment should help out with these info please.

Does this mean that if you get the interview invitation there's a high chance you will get the job?

From what i understand .So no one has gotten any mail from GQ after the Wema bank mail except for people who went ahead to GQ website to sign up.?

Any one with any useful information should share with us please. cus as it is now i know almost nothing about what to expect in the test. I am starting to think we are the first set to be invited for a test like this at the company

Congratulations if you have been invited for the Ashaka Graduate trainee Programme aptitude test scheduled for the 31st of july.
considering the limited time we have before the D day I implore us all to share ideas as to what to expect at the test and also use this medium to keep intouch even after the aptitude test phase. Thanks. wish everyone The Best of Luck.
