Hello guys, am some how excited to have started my project. Here are few photos for your eyes. The weather has been a bit challenging in port harcourt but things are still going on gradually. For the foundation a mix of 1:2:4 is used.

nice job, am also building 4 units of two bedrooms in port harcourt now, my building area is 21.710m x 11.580m. we on the digging of foundation now

You'll have to be specific about which area in PHC your site is, because it will determine some of the prices of the materials especially sand.
PHC is also my home as well.

The land is located at Atali/elimbu area.

30tons Granite is 280,000
Iron Rod 12&16mm is 210,000/ton
Cement is N2,600/bag min of 300bags
Wood 1x12x12 is N1,300each
Wood 2x3x12 is N350each
Bag of Nail is N8,500
Binding wire 20kg N8,000
Vibrated block 9" @250each, 6" @230each
this your prices is unfortunately higher than the market value.

Hello my fellow Nigerian, i need your help and advice.
I am about to start a 4 units of 2 bedroom building in port harcourt, the proposed building area is 256sqm. i would like to know how much it will cost me from foundation to dpc. the length is 21.71m and the width is 11.58m. i would like to know amount of blocks for the foundation, rods, cement, sand and granite. your help will be much appreciated, please help me actualize my dream.
