Hello everyone, please how true is it that bidding NTB primary market have not been available or failing for a year. The NTB account officer in First bank told me that. She's just giving me 4.1% for 364 which I suspect is secondary market rate. |

I think the major problem is that the government is not ready to take responsibility, knowing fully well they have to make provisions for their schools eg running water, soap etc. This is the sole reason they find it difficult to find solution to reopening of schools. Federal schools are yet to resume despite the July 1st announcement by the federal government, the NUT, NMA and ASUU are still arguing the reopening of schools with government as of today. From the body language of the government both federal and state, they are not thinking about the educational sector currently, the recent announcement is just a mere facade. The problem is that people saddled with taking responsibilities for decisions on issues like this are not yet ready (apparently) to take responsibility. 7 Likes 1 Share |
