I really pained me to see people commenting some irrelevances in the just concluded arsenal match. Although am not an arsenal fan, but The issue of EPL being and not being the best league arose and I thought that attending to that issue is a big problem. Please die hard football fans, Which league can we consider the best league? Is it the german bundesliga where BAYERN MUNICH beat HARMBURGER 8-0 ? Is it Bundsliga where they have known master of all time? (Bayern Munich, Bayern Leverkusen, Borrusia Dortmund)... Or Spain where Real madrid defeated more than 5 spontaneous matches with more that 5 goals winning margin? Winning over teams like ( Eiber, Celta Vigo....) Or goto Italy where we have Napoli, Roma, Juventus, Ac Millan as biggest team. Or talking of france where we have PSG, Monaco, and others, So in essence, those leagues have their big team winning at useless margin that one will wonder if it is not God that created the opposing team. But goto England, Did you know the position of Everton on the league table? Did you see what trouble Chelsea the table leader went through before winning with a "God saved me" last minute goal. Take it or belive it, there is no small team on EPL. Man-city won 5-0 against New castle, But the same Newcastle defeated Man-city and Chelsea in the first leg of the matches. Even teams like crystal palace and Leicester City can't be ridiculed to the point of 6-0 talkless of 8-0 or more. So EPL is made of hard teams and that's why even Qualifying for Champions League is competitive, but league like spanish league will always have "Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid" qualify for Champions league all time. League like German Bundesliga will always have team as "Bayern Munich, Borrusia Dortmund, and Bayern Leverkusen" on Champions league always, which is never so talking of EPL. So take it or leave it, EPL is the best. #TeamEPL_Rocks

Lassa fever or Lassa hemorrhagic fever (LHF) is
an acute viral hemorrhagic fever caused by the
Lassa virus and first described in 1969 in the town of
Lassa, in Borno State, Nigeria.[1] Lassa fever is a
member of the arenaviridae virus family. Similar to
Ebola,[2] clinical cases of the disease had been
known for over a decade but had not been
connected with a viral pathogen. The infection is
endemic in West African countries, resulting in
300,000–500,000 cases annually, causing
approximately 5,000 deaths.[3] Outbreaks of the
disease have been observed in Nigeria, Liberia,
Sierra Leone, Guinea, and the Central African
Republic, but it is believed that human infections
also exist in Democratic Republic of the Congo, Mali,
and Senegal. The primary animal host of the Lassa
virus is the Natal Multimammate Mouse (Mastomys
natalensis), an animal indigenous to most of Sub-
Saharan Africa.[4] The virus is probably transmitted
by contact with the feces or urine of animals
accessing grain stores in residences.[4] Given its
high rate of incidence, Lassa fever has become a
major problem in the African region.[5][6]
Signs and symptoms
In 80% of cases, the disease is asymptomatic, but in
the remaining 20%, it takes a complicated course. It
is estimated that the virus is responsible for about
5,000 deaths annually. The fever accounts for up to
one third of deaths in hospitals within the affected
regions and 10 to 16% of total
cases.[citation needed]
After an incubation period of six to twenty-one days,
an acute illness with multiorgan involvement
develops. Non-specific symptoms include fever,
facial swelling, and muscle fatigue, as well as
conjunctivitis and mucosal bleeding. The other
symptoms arising from the affected organs are:
Gastrointestinal tract
Nausea
Vomiting (bloody)
Diarrhea (bloody)
Stomach ache
Constipation
Dysphagia (difficulty swallowing)
Hepatitis
Cardiovascular system
Pericarditis
Hypertension
Hypotension
Tachycardia (abnormally high heart rate)
Respiratory tract
Cough
Chest pain
Dyspnoea
Pharyngitis
Pleuritis
Nervous system
Encephalitis
Meningitis
Unilateral or bilateral hearing deficit
Seizures
Clinically, Lassa fever infections are difficult to
distinguish from other viral hemorrhagic fevers
such as Ebola and Marburg, and from more
common febrile illnesses such as malaria.

Hello my fellow aspirants.... I really tink we should just wait some more... The guy that said to gt another utme is not totally wrong coz the admission might be limited but all of us will be admitted Insha Allah, including me and anybody who cares to say AMIN. The admission for last year came in november and things might be the same this year. Although I didn't chose them initially buh I got 215 in jamb and 57% in PJ. I was cut-away by UNILORIN, Buh my hopes are still high... My pals just keep praying... I heard lautech introduced new courses that's why they allowed external students, and since all other school with the same case admitted students, I don't think lautech should be an exception... It WILL BE WELL, I can perceive admission Next month....
