As much as I agree with you, we have seen system glitches in this recruitment, hence your proposition and intuition might not come to play. Look at these scenarios.

We have applicants whom have received regret mails for roles they didn't apply for, let alone wrote the aptitude test for that role.

I know someone who wrote aptitude test for a role that was "No Longer Under Consideration", before test invitations. He got a test invite for the role.

What do you make of these scenarios?

Any updates for Production Engineers?

Does anyone have EH role updates?, apart from these roles below, which interviews been have been conducted for or are in line for interview invites

We expect to see updates for Graduate roles next week

This recruitment takes a different toll from last year's. Though I don't know the number of persons needed per role, the truth is that ExxonMobil needs personnels. Hence, the need for the many roles rolled out.

The recruitment is for their deep water operations facilities, Erha and Usan FPSOs. Quiet a number of persons would be needed as the work rotation is 21/21 days.

What is the source of your info? Is it for Graduate alone or for EH applicants.

The truth is, for roles that have gotten invites, yes, most likely, applicants for such roles can move on.

I disagree with your info that applicants whose applications have not changed can move on.

Let's be informed that the interview invites and profile updates are done in batches.

This is a Process Engineer not a Project Engineer. We are referring to Project Engineer applicants

Invites are in batches based on the roles applied for. Project Engineering applicants have not gotten invites. I have not gotten an invite too.

Hi! Guys... as anyone who applied to an engineering role gotten an invite?

We need not get agitated over the shortlist / update mails sent. I did not receive the mail, but I have gotten admissions in Cranfield University, Robert Gordon University and University of Aberdeen all in the UK and all PTDF affiliated. However, for those who didn't get the mail sent last week, we can only be hopeful. When the mails for the time and dates starts coming in, then we can conclude and move on.

Besides, did anyone who choose Ibadan as a preferred place of interview get the mail? I chose Ibadan. Thank you.

I am privileged to have a direct contact with Dr. Charles Ayoka, he didn't speak for PTDF. He said he heard it on TV. He gave me the information I related. I didn't see or hear this anywhere. I am referring to Overseas Scholarship Scheme (OSS) being suspended not Local Scholarship Scheme (LSS). The source of the information is from a top professional in the Oil and Gas Industry, Dr. Charles Ayoka. He is currently the president of ADPAF (Association of Drilling Professionals of Africa). Good morning... following invites sent to LSS applicants, information is that OSS as been suspended due to foreign exchange issues. This was said in a statement by PTDF on television. We can only be hopeful that FOREX market indices, play in our favour. This is the much I can confirm. Any genuine updates will do. Thank you.
