vote from each of the 15 regions is
added together and divided by 14 in
order to generate an across the board
percentage, which is then used to***lies***

Exactly the same thing happened to my Elder brother last month @Rumuokoro, he was given 58k to go and pay my sister's skul fees but he came bck with pieces of papers in his bag and narrated this same story but no one believed him.

..yaaa so this is true..it happened to some1 while I was serving no one believed him including myself..i think I av no doubt thing like this happens now
