Cost estimates for 1 hectare farm :

Locations:

1. Lukosi, off lukosi market, papalato - shagamu road, Ogun State.

2. Ishoku village, via MOKOLOKI, on papalanto - shagamu road. Ogun state.

Crop: Castor bean seeds.

Setup Cost: N350k covering Land lease, land preparation, seeds, planting and agrochemicals.

2. Maintenance and harvest labour: 20% of sales after each harvest. To offset labour cost for weed and pest control, nutrient application and harvesting.


R. O. I. per hectare:

We have 100 plots of farmland for 2018 farming season.

Allocation of plots will commence on Monday 12th February 2018.

Only brushed and burnt sections will be allocated for quick takeoff of planting.

Borehole with a standby generator will be centrally located for the irrigation of the crops by all the participating farmers.

The crops suitable includes hybrid Tomato, cucumbers, bell peppers and more. There are also bamboos within the farm for staking purpose.

The road to the farm site is motorable up to the farm.

Labourers are available on daily, weekly or monthly pay subject to individual choice. Also available are assistants with greenhouse experience.
