Tip? Be calm and your Internet connection be Mad fast. Be calm. 50mins might seem a long time, but it's not.

Morning bro. I had to reschedule till next week. Honestly, connecting to zoom was a problem, plus for some odd reasons I couldn't connect to my Amazon WorkSpace. When everything got connected and it was close to the time for the real test, I was already tensed, rather than risk messing up, I rescheduled.

Oh.
Better to reschedule than to mess up.

Any tips for passing the CCAT?

They say don't use a calculator, buy you can make do with a small phone calculator for stuff like addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Also, don't waste time, if you don't know a question, just pick any option and go to the next question (note that you can't go back to a previous question)
Use a pen and paper for solving too.

you need some years of experience under your belt, in your chosen field

Bro, i thought i was the only one. I am still stuck. I have ran the test repeatedly.
Hell, even the first time they sent all the videos, i went through it, but subsequently, the clip on how to fail a test became shortened... How to create a defect is no longer on that clip.

Ps. 3 other people has had a look in with me, drawing out permutations too, yet i'm still stuck, i extend my time by a week, 2 days in, still nothing so far. I'm frustrated bro.

Take it from me to you... if you find the pre-work hard then you probably wouldn't come close to completing the first test case during the real-work assessment.

I was able to execute the test cases actually.
The questions asked in the pre-work quiz aren't covered in the test cases and I can't seem to reproduce them either.
If I could I'd be able to answer them.

And from my research the answers are still wrong so I'm confused.

PS I even tried all permutations of all the options in the quiz (it's objective) and yet it still doesn't work so you can understand my confusion.

Is the CCAT exam hard

It wasn't hard for me, the problem was time.
I spent a stupid amount of time on the IQ questions (the shapes stuff) and that wasted my time and I wasn't able to answer the ones I knew well.
I still passed though.

I'm stuck on the Pre-quiz work now.
