I had this exact same problem when I was trying to set up with my TV. My issue was that the 'auto-detect screen resolution' decided my TV could handle 1080p (when it can only handle 1080i).

Turn the PS4 off (you have to hold the power button on the console until you hear a second beep; 1 beep turns the light orange and puts the PS4 in standby, the second actually turns it off).

Hold the power button for at least 7 seconds. There will be an initial beep; then after about 7 seconds (felt longer), there is a second beep. This will turn the PS4 on in safe mode. [This temporarily sets the resolution to the minimum (460p?)].

Select the one that mentions resolution or display (I think it was the second option). This will keep the PS4 at the 460p when it turns on normally. Once the PS4 is back to normal, go to settings and change the resolution for the best one for your TV.

you have to subscribe to it 'after' 12a.m, not 'before', else it won't work..

FPS isn't indicated on the CD so you can't tell till you run the game and monitor it. Although game developers usually state the minimum PC requirements to get good gameplay experience on low/ultra low settings.
Windowed mode is activated from within the games graphics/video settings or for the likes of PES2016, there's a settings application in the installation folder.
Stick to older titles as they usually are less demanding.

Framerate is frames per second(FPS). Internal GPU ( for example your Intel HD graphic that's built in with the processor).

Monitors usually have a rating, for example, if a monitor can run at 60hz it means it can refresh the display 60 times every second. If the graphic card can not run the title at least 60FPS you may notice the gameplay stutters. 60FPS+ vastly increases gameplay experience. 30FPS is playable as you'll find that some games on the Xbox or ps4 run at 30FPS.

You may need to reduce the resolution of the screen from your laptop but that depends on what the native resolution is of the LCD. If it's a much larger screen, it will look heavily pixelated/blurry if run in full screen mode. Windowed mode will look much better.

These games will work only issue is getting playable framerates on it. You'll notice these games are like 2 years old, modern titles won't do very well tbh. In my opinion below 25FPS isn't really playable. Games will typically have to be set to run at 800x600, 1024x768 with Low or Ultra Low settings, AA turned off and all 'eyecandy' stuff turn off to get it playable. By all means try newer games but don't expect much from an iGPU,
