That was Jesus speaking in the new testament, asking his deciples to " bring my enemies before me and slay them." You see that in verse 11 of the same chapter. And in verse 10 it says "For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost." Matthew 5:21-24 Jesus specifically teaches that thou shalt not kill or even be angry with thy brother for no just reason. On this note, neither Jesus, his followers nor Christianity encourage killing. Don't say what you do not know before you bring a curse on yourself.
