Propeller ads is not a better option. I don't know about pop ads. Their eCPM rate is so low and sometimes the popunders usually redirects users to porn sites. But if u run a download site then propeller ads will be fine.

I have a personal blog with adsense , And I also have a download niche blog so I want to monitize it with a good popunder network instead of leaving it Adless since I get traffic from tier 1 countries.
