You all know his story or think you know his story. Well he never died and was never in a grave. He framed his death to avoid being arrested by the EFCC and INTERPOL. The Pablo escobar of nigeria, wanted in over 10 countries for various financial and drug related crimes, as well as being the number 5 person on the FBI's most wanted list. The dead man everyone thought was old roger was in fact his father-in-law, who had given out old roger's hide out to the efcc, who later raided his apartment. He barely escaped, losing his right hand man and several other members of his gang in the raid. In a bid to avenge their deaths he killed his father-in-law, buried his body and personally planted a mango tree over his head. From time to time when the mangoes become ripe he would send an old woman to pick them all up. Old roger never knocked any old woman, rather his wife did. She found out the true nature of her dad's death and went to visit his gravesite. On getting there, she met an old woman she knew was working for her husband and gave her a knock, telling her to leave immediately. As soon as the old woman left she fell on her knees and began to cry, her father was never in support of her marriage to old roger but the mother didn't mind, as long as the money kept coming and she could afford all that she wanted. Investigations by Nafdac revealed an increase in the level of drug related crimes across major cities in the country. Old roger must have gotten tired of hiding and decided to come out once again, but this time around no one knows what he looks like, there are rumours he did a surgery to change his appearance. The efcc has placed a #50 million bounty on him for anyone that can provide information that would lead to his arrest but....................

Nigeria, a country where people are degree crazy. "If you don't go to the university, you will never make it in life" is a notion majority hold. Dantang is a young talented and gifted individual but academics has never been his strong suit. Rather than focusing on his skill and area of strength so as to further develop them, he decided to go to the university. He had been told severally he would never amount to anything in life unless he went to the university. Money that would have been used to fully develop himself and possibly start a business was used to pay school fees and acceptance fees. Well, it's not as if such money would have been raised if he were to go learn a skill or trade, but since it's for school the money would be raised, "my pikin must go school". After several calls to different relatives, his parent eventually raise the money and off to school he is. In his first semester he bags 3 to 4 carry overs and by the end of the session, he already has 5 to 6 carry overs. Soon he is termed dull by lecturers and course mates. The skill he had prior to going to the university is not developed, the certificate is his priority. Even though it's glaring the "four wall" isn't for him. He begins to think of ways to manuevre and outsmart the system, in a bid to get the grades. Ohhh, he does. He finishes and graduates with the over 300,000 students who leave school every year and enter the labour market. After 2 years of searching for a job to no avail, he resorts to develop that skill he had always had and boom just like that 6 years of his life wasted, excluding the numerous internal and external crises that would have occured. His childhood friend Edidiong, although exceptionally brilliant didn't want to rush into school. She had heard stories from friends what Nigerian schools were like, but her parents forced her to go anyway. "If you don't go to the university, you will never become someone in life, just go and get the certificate. Don't worry God will see you through" they said. She entered school and became friends with all the alhaji's in town, who she sold her wares to, just to survive in school. Everytime she called home it was one story or the other, she had to hustle to survive. She had to follow the generational fallacy else she would have no future, now the future she is going to have will involve taking ARV's.

Agriculture / Wheat Production In Nigeria by Amanyanabo(m): 1:16am On Jul 09, 2018
I'm kind of confused, here are two articles about wheat production in nigeria.
https://www.vanguardngr.com/2018/04/dangote-flour-others-boost-wheat-production/

https://www.proshareng.com/news/COMMODITIES/Improved-Wheat-Production--An-Aid-to-Nigerias-Diversification-Strategy/39427

One says growing wheat in nigeria is unfavourable and the other talks about flour millers association of nigeria giving out machine to wheat farmers. If growing wheat is not favourably because of our climate, why are they supporting the farmers. I need explanations please

Since I was a boy, we've been praying and praying for a miracle to happen so the country will miraculously change while hibernating our brains and doing the exact same things over and over again. Praying from now till the next century without doing things differently won't change a thing. 50 years from now we will still be complaining of the same things.

Some times we are blind to our own faults. Adekunle Gold one my favourite Nigerian musician had called out Nollywood for using his song without his consent whereas they used joromi without Sir victor Uwaifor calling them out. Sir Uwaifor is calling them out because they did same and he left them alone
same gold dat sampled one direction's story of my life in sade, let him go sit smwhere abeg. A lot of these artists r not original nd creative enough
