if he is rili championing d cause of the poor, defenceless and homeless, then he is doing it in d wrong city. let him move his headquarters to borno state and pitch his his tent. in as much as destitutes live in uncompleted buildings in oda part of the country, they do not constitute an immediate threat to d society like d abokis.
