olabo_key: I went to knock at CDHC's door yesterday. Alas, the same old story was told "under processing...". I am glad to inform the house that I just received a medical advise from CDHC now.... I earned the whole forumites a BIG thank you. My voice may not be so loud in the forum but its very strong while i pray for all concerned forumites.... Thanks a lot.

rilly2000: I got a call from the CDHC on saturday 12th, october, 2013 asking me to pay 1 year tuition + accomodation fees, but what's bothering me is that I was not given any deadline for the payment but I'm planning to pay and submit the receipt for payment before next week friday.

My question is that
