Regarding publishing articles, I'm working on a paper about sentence patterns (SV, SVO, SVC, SVOA, etc.), and my next paper will focus on sentence structure using Noam Chomsky's tree diagram. You can still publish now, and it's not too late. In my department, publishjng a paper costs 30k. If focusing on literature and publishing a book is too expensive, you can publish a paper analyzing central themes or characters in a particular book(novel, novella, short story, play or poetry) and link it to a writing career in your SOP. Publishing is still an option, even for non-students and non-lecturers. I mean you can still publish even though you're not a student.

Don't fret; most English departments in US universities don't require a first-class degree, publications, or test scores(not required). In fact, your writing sample is just as important as your CGPA – these two are the most crucial aspects of your application. If you're focusing on Literature, an MFA (3 years) might be your best bet, and you'll need to submit a writing sample (prose fiction or poetry). Please make sure you hit a first class by all means possible. Also, try and see if you can get articles published. You could liaise with any lecturer you are close to, to either co-author and publish. Just be close to anyone one that is reasonable. I had that opportunity some years ago but turned it down. And now, I am only wishing and wishing

These two requirements are what is denying me a fully funded PhD in an Australian uni...

However, once admitted, they offer a full tuition waiver, stipend, and health insurance. Some of the schools include Louisiana State University, Washington State University, and the University of Kentucky. He didn't do all I asked of him. He only said he has finished his work and that I should pay before he gives me access. I paid based on his word that EVERYTHING is okay. Only to get access to it and see that he did a terrible job. I have called him countless times for about 2months now and he doesn't pick or answer his phones. If he worked and I didn't pay, how would he feel? If he worked and later I told him that I am not interested so he should keep the website, how would he feel? You think about these things

I asked solutech to design a website for me. I told him the kind of website I wanted. Later on, he told me he had finished so I paid him off. But after that, as I decided go explore the site, if I click on some things go like registration, it takes me to another website I don't know. Also, there are areas he needs to correct but he wouldn't pick my calls nor reply chats. It was there and then I knew he cloned a website for me and did a terrible job.
My own is, whether he cloned a website or not, he should just give me the service I asked and paid him for.
