@amby147, u 4gt dt d Cdhc Nigeria wz established based on certain Nigerian laws & it's a duty 4 both parties 2 work 2geda. Cdhc cn nt prosecute such thmselves bt wuld hand u over 2d police...any discrepancy in d acct wuld hv bin verified by d bank, so tell me y u think it's nt dt serious..it's nt a crime 2b ignorant, bt 2 advertise it here.

But the account statement was it totally fake,I mean was d account not existing in the bank, or the funds were increased?

Even tho @pauloman is rite abt finding a way 2 reduce ur penalty, if u mention 3rd party jst like @spencer has said, they wuld seek 2 quiz him 4 prosecutn.

This is CDHC in Nigeria, as long as u a citizen of Nigeria, CDHC has no right to persecute u in Nigeria. I think they asked u to proof that ur acc. Is not fraudlent meaning dat if u can proof it, u cud b considered, or if u can't, ur application wud be refused. They have no right to persecute u in ur home country.

I wanna apply 4 canadian study permit, I got every other docs available 2 me.
My sponsor is my cousin, I hv drawn a family tree and added birth certs
To prove my relationship 2 him. He has a company, and I included in his
Sponsorship letter dat his purpose of sponsorhip is based on commitment
And dat he wants me 2 work 4 him after my studies. I also added an employement
4rm him 2 back it up,and to also prove dat I'll leave canada @ d end of my study.

For those looking for admission into a Canadian University, try applying to University of Prince Edward Island Canada. I think they're offering admissions with less stress of compiling document. Just submit d relevant docs required and chill 4 2wks.

@ spencer, I submitted on the 14th of April. My sponsor is my uncle,he has a company and also a bank director.

@ shavel, I wasn't called for any medicals. I just checked my status and saw it chng 2 application completed and ask to come with my identification materials to collect the same wch was processed date and time. Btw 8am and 3:30pm. So cud it b d trv

@ shavel, VAC sent me a mail my passport is ready for collection,is that the TRV has been issued or something? Pls reply asap..thnks
