Greetings House,

My spouse enrolled his biometrics around June 2012 when he applied for a study permit that was refused. I applied for study permit on Jan 31st 2022 with him as my accompany family member applied for SOWP via online application. Yesterday he got a request letter from IRCC asking him to pay $85 CAD for biometrics enrollment. Does this mean he will need to do another biometrics enrollment at VFS? Or the old one still valid its almost 10 years now.

Note when we applied on January I got biometric collection letter which was already done and updated. We both did upfront medical updated and passed, in fact his medicals updated before mine.

Please house advice will IRCC request another biometrics enrollment from him?

What are my chances? Would it raise a red flag that I registered my company this year and my company bank account will not be up to six months when I apply ?

I'm self employed/sponsor in my application, I think its best to show funds/earnings transferred from your business account to your personal or savings account. You can run the business account for few months by paying ursef monthly to show your business is a profitable one.

You can also show previous business invoice, receipts, any document that shows previous business dealings before you registered your company. You can add a letter to further explain the details of your business and how profitable it is especially if it's your only source of income.

Upfront medicals: 8th Feb
Spouse Medicals updated: 21st Feb
Main App Medical updated: 4th March

The IRCC may want to see money/earnings transferred from your business account to your personal account. If you are using personal account for business then show invoice or receipts to explain your inflow and outflow.

I am January 15th applicant. The last update on my account was biometric completed. There was no new message thereafter. Meanwhile, I did upfront medical assessment day before yesterday (16th Feb. 2022) and I had subsequently raised web form to inform IRCC of the development. Let us keep our fingers cross. Everything will surely end in praise.

When filling the imm1294e study permit app form what is the cost the cost of my studies?

My program is 2years, estimated cost of 1st year tuition is mentioned in the LOA is ($15,834). 2nd year is not mentioned.

How do I calculate cost of my studies? Room and board? Other? Funds available for my stay? Please advice me, do I calculate 2 year cost of tuition? Room and board? How do I answer funds available for my stay?

Greetings house, please I need your advice. I intend to apply for Canadian study permit with my husband. I have a Loa from College of Rockies and tuition deposit of about ($6000). I am self employed, my husband and I manage a business registered over 6yrs with all supporting docs and 4 months company's opening bank statement of 55m and closing 28m. Personal bank statement is with balance of 14m, joint acct statement of 15m.

I intend applying with my spouse, I need advice on how best to package my application as a self employed applicant. Do I put myself as the main sponsor and my husband as co- sponsor?

Our business is an import/trading of fabrics, we have reliable hands to manage the business without our presence. We have land properties with deeds and valuation report of over 70m with building plans, can these serve as strong ties to home country?

U can still use ur uncle as a co-sponsor,but u'll hv 2 prove ur relationship 2 him,if he's ur maternal uncle,get ur moms birth cert or marriage cert and get ur uncles birth certs to prove they come 4rm dsame mother and father. Also include a reasonable purpose of sponsoring u and number of his dependants, cos they will wanna no wot he stands to benefit after spending on u.

Dats the problem,cos my sponsor travelled out of the country. And I have 2 submit by September against January.
