Exactly. For a corporate body to open an account, KYC is a must. Which includes CAC certificate etc. also in government organization, they ask for the act, the letter of appointment of the DG from the presidency or minister of the supervising minister, etc.
But in Nigeria, anything can be bypassed if you know your way and have money to bribe though.

You need to see the shares on ngx lately. If you have just 10,000 units firstholdco shares, you're a millionaire.. Those who saw this coming and already positioned would rake in millions from this surge.

Job adverts like this are found in almost every town in Nigeria. It is very clear that people who paste these on walls and fences have bad intentions. Many have terrible stories to tell about job adverts such as this. Many have fallen victims, and the people behind this still keep pasting them along major roads. I really wonder why security agencies have not been able to trace themselves people through the phone numbers they include in these adverts.

Share your experience if you have encountered them before.

Always GNLD very useless people 2 times have I been in their hall 2ice. The first was the advert I saw and called the number but I received a message to come for an interview. On getting there, Maina Court in Central Area, Abuja. We were all put in one big hall. I was waiting for them to ask for our cvs but no, they started preaching that certificate doesn't matter, bla bla blah. At the end, they said we should pay money for supplement. I told them I don't have money, they said we should just drop any amount, me that even managed to get transport to Wuse Market and trekked to central area.
The second time I saw one hotel advert and tried to apply. The person now gave me an address but I didn't remember it's the former place I had bee before. As I was going, it looked like the place I had been before na so my eyes opened, I just turned back home from there.
The worst part is that they would deceive you to think it's a real employment, you would dress and prepare your CV only to get there and be disappointed

Not just the village ...church is also involved in this extortion...not pentecostal ooo.. Catholic and Anglican... they will request for the tithe , the late person dint pay all thru their lifetime in their church. Even if u tell them the person paid tithe in another branch of the church, they wudnt accept it....the will request for levies the person dint pay , the donations the person dint donate...if u dont do it ,the church will not bury the person ...

Village and church demands gulps millions of naira ...some 5m some 7m depending on their demands ... the richer the person was, or if there is a rich member in the family , the more demands ... tgey will charge for meetings the late person failed to attend and also add the children fees that failed to attend meetings...

I was born and raised as Anglican. My father died a lay reader and mum too was a very active, both financially and every wise. They both sacrificed a lot during their life times. That's how the church put a whole lot of list saying my parents were very active and therefore a lot of dignitaries would be present, envelopes for the bishop and the past bishop, raw food for the bishops, vicars, envelopes and coolers of food for all the vicars, choir, boys brigade, girls guild, women choir, money for the hall, money for diesel and the list went on and on. The worst was when the service started, they switched off the gen that we have not paid for the diesel until one of my sister sent them 10k before they switched it on. They claimed my parents were very active during their life and should be taxed more during their burial. We were just trying to get ourselves together after our parents died in short interval, dad from diabetes and immediately he died mum was diagnosed with cancer. We spent all we had trying to save them but God took them. Not that we were that bouyant then but these people would not bulge. Since then, I have vowed never to worship with Anglican again. I joined pentecostal and the reverse is the case. The church would contribute to support you and never asked for anything except you volunteer to give the church. We were made to pledge publicly what we would do for the church during the burial. We told them we could not promise but they forced us to. I am just venting out but I don't know what avenue to get this to the head of the Anglican church in Nigeria. I learnt it is not so in some dioceses.
