Please you can marry at any registry- state or local govt. UK/USA accepts all documents. I repeat, all are accepted by embassies as long as genuine including islamic marriage certificates and church certificates… even traditional and customary certificates. Do not be a bearer of false information as well.
My family members and family members of lots of people are in the UK with their spouses and none of them wedded at Ikoyi, talk less of outside their local registry jurisdictions. This is absurd.
