You can start your US visa application with even a day old passport or one with less than 6 months validity left. You however unlike before will be advised not to travel with a passport with less than 6 months validity on it (got this report from someone that was approved recently), but from studies and previous knowledge, we Nigeria Passport holders are among countries exempt from this rule per the US.

MTN will give you 1 gig for 200. Last for one week and 3 gig for 500 last for two weeks. Just dial *131*65*2# or *131*65*3# Then you are good to go. That is what I'm using
