Wat I do in my own case is design the card on my laptop and giv d softcopy the person who would make it....d easiest way for u is to collect a mate's own and giv it to d guys dat make id card to create(you'll need to giv them a passport sized photo of u)....its simple....ure in which state?

He then comes to you and you say the colour of your hat with 100% certainty. The guard has no choice but to release the three of you.

yeah, your passport will be scanned. you can also write down your jamb reg number and important dates such as when you started and finished pri. and sec. schl b4 going to d cafe.
