Raiders:
African and Caribbean women are way better than American black women. Most American black women are ghetto single mothers with kids from multiple baby daddy. About 75 black American women have kids out of wedlock and its very common to see an American black woman having kids for multiple men. There are some that are good but the good ones are minority. Even most of my black American male friends don't take black American black women serious because of their attitudes and behavior. A black friend of mine once told me he might go to African or Caribbean to get a wife because they are better than American black women.

No it's African *American*.... Africa nor the Carribean produce great*All Around* athletes like African Americans. Caribbeans are good at springs but not much else, Africans are good at Distance and maybe soccer but AA excel in American football, basketball, Track & Field, Volleyball, Tennis, Gymnastics, Golf, Boxing, even swimming etc..

She has always been the best she could have won in London but she wasn't old enough to compete. My only issue is American gymnastics is SUPER competitive we have so much depth in the sport , she will be 19 in RIO that is OLD for Gymnastics especially American gymnast. Let's pray she doesn't have a major injury but she is almost a shoe in for RIO GOLD.

Tori Bowie has ran the fastest 100 and 200 meter times this year and has beaten every major sprinter this year. Unlike Blessing , Torie has proved on more than one occasion she can win a big meet with a world class field. Blessing despite winning the CWG has NOT won a "Major A-list" meet!!!!

Now Blessing has had a very good season but she only ranks 3rd in 100m, and 2nd in 200m this season!!!

African Americans come in a variety of shade but a AA's are for the most part considerably lighter than Africans and have a natural lighter skintone and don't have to bleach like African women due. Even darker skinned women are a few shades lighter. I sometimes feel that this one reason for the dis trust of the two amongst other things....

I simply stated African music is not universal which it isn't, African American music IS universal hell African Americans invented EVERY popular genre of music there is today from gospel, rock n roll, jazz, blues, hip hop, RnB, pop, Disco, House, soul, funk, etc..! You can find African American music on every continent .

The Grammy's have always been biased but plenty of Black artist have dominated the Grammy's see Beyonce, Michael Jackson, Aretha Franklin, Alicia Keys, Prince, Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson, Lauyrn Hill, India Arie, Stevie Wonder etc..

"Black" in America is synonymous with "African-American" ! BET is a Black American network and the BET Awards celebrate Back American achievement in Entertainment. So I'm so over the "fake outrage of "African\European backs over not performing during the main telecast or backstage etc...


The United States has the worlds largest and most famous entertainment industry and most of it was created by blacks(though rarely is credit given to us for our achievements) thus the performance of the BET Awards. We are proud of our influence on international music but I don't think African artist should have the expectation to perform or be presented during the main telecast just because your black. The American market is not biased toward foreign acts. I personally feel they you should be happy with just being invited and having a category.

While African music is on the rise , it's simply not "Internationally loved" not like Black American is. African music does need to improve once that happens then yes you will see African stars performing live on American television. You can't compare Black Americans performing on African shows because African American music is universally liked and loved. African music simply is not, outside of African diaspora most starts not household names unlike Beyonce, Jay Z, Michael Jackson, Rihanna etc.
