We Nigerians call it gonorrhea. Its always sweet when its coming out at early stage but painful when it is getting worse. It has two type. Woman gonorrhea and man gonorrhea. If you are infected by woman gonorrhea, you are OK. With right treatment 4-5 days, but man gonorrhea is very stubborn, it may take 2weeks to a month to cure.
