*Lamentations from a frustrated buffoon* cheesy

Talk is cheap, if not you wouldn't dare say graduates can't defend their certificates. If there are graduates that can't, then, that number would be inconsequential compared to a whole lotta NCE 'waka abouts'.

Besides, you could tell us in what way you've impacted in the field of education with your 'golden' NCE. Or is it not the same you that couldn't pass POST-UTME before ending up in a college? Abegi!
Really, so you know me that much grin grin grin tongue :.
I see as one who is a sadist, Pls learn to appreciate those around you, pls humble yourself because you are nothing.
Just because you studied in a national institute you are making noise. Even those that studied abroad are humble and respects themselves. I pity the students you teach that's if you do. You will frustrate them with stories of your degree.
OK ok ok.. You just finished school and you think you've arrived and you can say anything you like.
My dear, no matter your degree If ANY. NA MY BACK YOU GO REMAIN.
ADVICE :TAKE IT EASY BEFORE YOU KILL YOURSELF OVER NOTHING. NO BI ONLY YOU GET PKALI. MAKE WE HEAR WORD. ITK

I can believe some people are here to talk about certificate. You claim you have Bsc whatever, you are nothing those that knows about education don't make noise at all. Talking about big schools it might surprise you that they employ NCE holders I know of someone who went for interview on the so called big school were Bsc, master and what have you came as well but to his surprise out of about 60 people he made it to the final stage. Please stop bragging about what you have because it's nothing if you can't defend it. All this Computerised graduates of these days making noise, that's if it's real. All na online.
Some Schools are even fade up with graduate of these days who are after big money instead of impacting knowledge. if you are a degree holder, NCE holder, Pgde, SSCE, Masters or whatever. What is your goal as a teacher, are you ready to learn along as you teach? Are you teaching because no other job is available? or you have passion for it. For those that have less or no certificate, work hard and be focused , go extra miles to learn ways to impact knowledge effectively. For the degree holders . Don't think you have it all but think of ways to give in your best at all times. Stop jumping from one place to another every 3 months looking for fat salary, If you do your best and have passion for your job better ones will come running after you.
To you all, learn qualities of a good teacher and check if you are qualified to be called one before talking about your certificates.
Thank you (if you care).

How do they prepare this one?
This is how to prepare the new lesson note introduced to my place of work ; we use SWUPA(starter, work, use, practice and assessment.)
CLASS.............WEEK.........DATE........AVE AGE....
PERIOD........SUBJECT............ TOPIC............

WORK:
EXPECTED PERFORMANCE OUTCOME, FUNCTIONAL LEARNING EXPERIENCE, INSTRUCTIONAL MEDIA, BROAD SPECTRUM.
(it is separated with vertical lines) these are also used for the USE, PRACTICE AND ASSESSMENT STAGES. the WORK stage is when you introduce/teach your topic, and it is divided into four stages as well namely; Definition,
Differentiation, Functionality and Modelling the use(DDFM). The USE stage is when the students will create what they've been thought with less supervision. etc. All is students/pupils centred. New to it though
