@ ladanski(m), I will use Blender Internel and OpenGL Shading Language (GLSL) .

I use cycles only to see quick results. For me personally, I find Blender internal/GLSL more advanced and usable on all computer platforms especially when working in a production pipeline.

@ladanski(m), Good morning Brother. Yes it is possible.

But it would help if the client has at least 1 or 3 renderings of the outer Structures (houses etc).
Also the client should have a picture of the enviroment outside where the estate will be(land,trees backdrop) to get a working composition.
The client should know what he wants, looks like a decent size project. The project will not be worth your effort if the client is not clear on what he wants.

Evga Nvidia Geforce 620 (Mid Basic Card), But Using (Debian Linux) Linux Kernel 3.5,Open color,Nvidia Cuda and extra Nvidia Libraries.

Don't know if this same result can be achieved on Windows System.

Yet another lie mostly from US. The world is laughing at the US. We all know they can hijack servers or make false claims. It can be done from a US Naval ship in South Korea. (Hacking Chinese IP addresses or making fake ones and attaching a Beijing or other Chinese address to it.) The world is tired of these US Thugs.
