In my own opinion and observation Obi may not be in court to win the case against Tinubu or APC but to make INEC understand that they are independent body they should not be bias when it comes to election. He is trying to hold them accountable for their misdeeds which is good for our democracy.

In my observation Tinubu has started preparing for the next coming election.
That is why he building bridges with who is who in various States. He knows those who can influence things in their states and he is capturing them one by one.

I will still tell u that Tinubu and APC use their last option which was INEC.
