I applied with my husband, our 18months daughter will be with my mom till next year when we come for her (for those asking if you must apply with spouse).

Please how do i compose my letter of consent since I'm traveling with my daughter and husband (he is her stepdad) and what else do i need to show as proof of sole custody. I wasn't married to her dad. I am the main applicant and they are both my dependants.
