They are really checking out these so called marriages between the citizens and these immigrants and not even to mention it's quite costly and time consuming. Your friend of a friend need to find another way to come here. Because the way I see it, if he is able to afford $10K, then he should be able to afford to sponsor himself. Tell him to try going to school. There are other ways he can get here. But fraudulently marrying this guy just to get him over here is not only morally wrong but it's unethical.

actually i will have to come there most likely, i renewed my licene online and i use my friends address but she just up and move witout telling me, so i dont thnk they will be able to resend it to another address without me being there, so when i come back to states i might have to stop by

.first off i am not nigerian, not everyone on this site who is from africa is nigeria, secondly umm yes i am a us citizen i came to the us when i was 7, hope this answers ur question, also did u sit down to think and use ur mind that someone would not ask another person to help them for their paper if they were not a citizen of that country
