Assuming that you're already using the main rental websites (Zoopla, Rightmove, etc.) and possibly any high street letting agents in your area, if you are seeing suitable properties which fall within your budget but are being rejected for whatever reason, simply offer the next landlord(s) some months' rent in advance.

Had offered some landlords 6 months rent before and they didn’t call me still. Will just keep doing that. Thanks

If you've got your money for rent, just download Zoopla and search for your accommodation according to your location of preference.

Hi everyone. Good to belong to this family. My friend just told me about living in the UK threads. I came to the UK in January. I’m a post graduate student staying in Wolverhampton. It has really been difficult for me to rent a house. My husband and children are meant to come in April but I still haven’t been able to rent a house because I’m a student and not working yet. Please I really need help on how to go about it. ���. My children don’t understand why they are still in Nigeria when they already have their visa. Please help!!! It’s weighing me down. Any one in Wolverhampton I can hook up with? Please I need all the contacts and ideas I can get. Thank you.
