Again, to demonstrate that I do NOT want to deliberately blackmail, de-market, dis-credit, insult or offend you...I have intentionally posted my reply on this thread instead of your repairs thread. In addition, I do not see the benefit to me, you or the client of opening another thread of issue(s).

My brother, GAZZUZZ...

Looking at your last reply, there are alot words/commentary I would have used to reply them but whats the use?
Will the words fix the issue(s) NO
Will the words make you pleased? NO

I could have told you details of how I offered and initiated a partial refund of N2,000,000 i.e. two million naira (bank receipt still exists till date) to customer after I had bought, shipped and delivered his SUV complete with original clean title documents, shipping receipts+Bill of Lading and Customs papers, just for peace and to save my name. But why bore ourselves with history?

Thus, I will try not to use too many more words.
You may not agree with my statements (and that is normal) but I believe they are clear enough.
If you had OR have any complaints with customer's conduct at any point during the work, kindly address the client directly and promptly.
No one is perfect, including me.

Right now, I will try to invest my resources in fixing my strained relationship with "your client?" arising from this work. It a relationship that has existed for years and I do not think engine, money or spare-parts can buy it...

GAZZUZZ, my brother...

No-one on this thread is after your blood, person, customers or business.

To evidence the above statement, this reply has been made on this thread INSTEAD of the thread where it ought be {per item (3) in the last amkob response which has been deleted...}?

amkob recommended you to the said client. Thus, was very sad when the customer subsequently complained about the issue(s) and your inability to even take calls or reply WhatsApp messages since last week.

Recall, who brought the issue(s) to Nairaland? You
How? By posting the said car on Nairaland and then on two separate threads; all without permission.
https://www.nairaland.com/2356445/remotely-follow-vehicle-repairs-online/23
https://www.nairaland.com/2652824/pic-repair-dump/1 (it appears the picture post on this thread has now been deleted...?)

As for your offer - you have the client's contacts, reach out directly and peacefully sort it out.

As for posting personal details on a public forum like Nairaland, do NOT do it...do NOT do it...do NOT do it. Na advice I dey give you as my brother.
The un-permitted post of the car pictures is already bad enough...

GAZZUZZ:
Another 2007 accord

www.nairaland.com/attachments/2947142_img20150930092025_jpeg96a8967c8835185b7003e1aa16d25857 www.nairaland.com/attachments/2947141_img20150930092046_jpegfb5485c7a5b33eacc9b0a3e111239932 www.nairaland.com/attachments/2947139_img20151001085059_jpega8c792e707bd36e169f6f2844263733e

Correction - it is a 2006 Accord. Evidenced by the car manual and US import documentation.

You asked and you were told that this work should NOT be pasted on Nairaland.
Why disregard the agreement?

Moreover, the effort/time spent posting the commentary/pictures should have been used to peacefully address the customer's complaints which has since been communicated to you. Again, the issues are -
(1) "CHECK ENGINE" light
(2) unusual rattling/tapping noise from engine
(3) defective back doors since panel beating work
(4) rear windscreen defogger - located together the a.c. worked on - no longer functions properly
(5) any other issues you know of which has not been proactively mentioned to the customer...to avoid new "discoveries"

Instead of attending to the client, you deliberately ignore phone calls, chats and text messages and even the physical visit to your workshop on Thursday 8 October 2015 and focus on posting pictures.

Think about this, my brother
