What is appendix ll on vfs download page what documents should I attach to it as I'm applying for visit visa

I'm employed recently I had medical condition and travelled back to my country for couple of months after 10 days I was feeling well and was working from home and I was receiving salary in my account for that couple months not that much transactions In that 3 months salary was coming and I used to transfer to my friend to send me to me although I've enough funds right now do I need to explain that on form or in cover letter will it be a problem? Hello everyone

I'm going to apply for visit visa in few days have some question in mind if you all could help I will be thankful

1.my sponsor is going to be my sister In law do I need to submit my brother passport copy or mention him in form or in sponsor letter as he is jobless its been a while

2. All expenses will be bourne by me except accommodation and food do I need to include my sponsor bank statement

Hello all my visa interview was today at Dubai consulat which was denied working as a project engineer since 2 years married with no children handsome salary have travel history been to Uk twice still have a valid visa of Uk... what can be the possible reason for rejection
Here is the transcript

Me: it’s been 2 years

Vo: any kids
Me: no
Vo: is she living with you ?
Me: no
Vo: what does your wife do
Me: she is studying blaa blaaa in xyz university
Vo: what doesn’t your wife go with you
Me: she is having her 2nd semester exam so he is busy for now
Then he typed for a while and handed me the white paper you are not eligible for right now sorry!
