The first issue I had with importation was payment for my goods. Imagine you have to pay $20 transfer fee for an item of $27. That's making it a total of $47. It was quite ridiculous. When I contacted another person, it took him, almost 24 hrs to make payment for me. That was after I have paid him. I received real insult. After that transaction, I went into research. It is definitely the handwork of this thieves who have refused to repent in 2018. Also, we have seen this issue happen over and over. They will always use the name of legit traders for a scam. Madam, they have just proven to us here that you are legit. Though we know.

You guys should better understand that PayPal has a threshold of $500-700 for new accounts, whether verified or unverified, they will request you to bring more details abt you or your business. Don't be carried away by getting such emails, they will soon come for you and if you can't prove to them that you are a citizen of the US, that account is gone.
2. I think PayPal considers changing browser a more security threat that changing IPs. Changing your IP is good, but sticking to one browser is better.
3. PayPal now uses stronger cookies that relates to them some basic components of your devices, so the era of clear cookies b4 operating no long hold waters. So stick to one PC and one browser.
4. It is more easier to retrieve a limited account from countries like UAE, China etc than that of USA. My advice is that you guys don't transact high volumes. Once you your balance reflects on fiverr, no matter how small... Withdraw it.
5. Don't use multiple sources to receive money into your PayPal account. Today, you receive from fiver, tomorrow someone transfers to your account, next you help someone to withdraw maybe from Upwork and so on and so forth, it will trigger their security system and a mail like, your PayPal is limited will arrive the same way the verification email came.


Lastly; PayPal is a necessary evil that a very serious imer can't do without, but trend with caution guys. I have lost some real cash in there, they don't want to know if your father is Donald Trump, they will limit they account and your money is gone.

Exactly! They came for me 24hrs after I was fully verified. Two accounts was limited. One is account is fully restored now. The other is permanently limited. A friend in US name was what saved the other account. I will likely get the fund in the other account soon.
