Well from the screenshot you posted you're obviously on Jelly Bean (4.1.2), which in this day and age is unacceptable.... You should be on KitKat at least (that's 4.4.2)....

You should download the OS manually and flash with a PC... It's a pretty straightforward process, upgrade that phone ASAP...it's too depressing that someone is still using 4.1.2
