Calling a man 'bald' is s3x harassment after employment tribunal compares it to commenting on a woman's breasts... as electrician called 'bald c***' by supervisor is set to win compensation for having 'dignity violated'
Calling a man 'bald' is sex harassment, an employment tribunal has ruled after an employee complained about being called a 'bald c***'.
Tony Finn had worked for the West Yorkshire-based British Bung Company for almost 24 years when he was fired in May last year.
He took them to the tribunal claiming, among other things, that he had been the victim of sex harassment following an incident with factory supervisor Jamie King.
Mr Finn alleged that during a shop floor row that almost erupted in violence in July 2019, Mr King had referred to him as a 'bald c***'.

Cannabis could treat and prevent emerging Covid-19 variants.
Scientists have discovered a way to treat Covid-19 infections and the answer seems to be an unusual one — marijuana.
Researchers have found that cannabis contains compounds that can prevent infection from the Covid-19 virus by blocking its entry into cells.
This binding can prevent the virus from entering cells and causing infection.
The spike protein is the same part of the virus targeted by Covid-19 vaccines and antibody therapies.
A study by scientists found that two acids, commonly found in hemp varieties of cannabis, cannabigerolic acid (CBGA) and cannabidiolic acid (CBDA) can bind to the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes Covid-19.
Cannabinoid acids are not controlled substances like THC, the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana, and have a good safety profile in humans.
Rangers ‘looking to strike deal’ with Nigerian FA to prevent stars from missing Celtic clash in January due to AFCON
RANGERS are hoping to ensure their star Nigerian trio ARE available for the Old Firm clash in January in spite of the Africa Cup of Nations, it's being reported
The Light Blues are set to meet eternal rivals Celtic on January 2.
And as things stand, they couldn't call upon Joe Aribo, Leon Balogun or Calvin Bassey for the showdown at Parkhead if they are called up by their country for continental showpiece in the new year.
And FIFA rules state that players should be released from their clubs on December 27 for the tournament which kicks off on January 9.
That would potentially rule Balogun, Aribo and Bassey out of the crunch Old Firm fixture at Parkhead.
But Mailsport understands Rangers are confident of successfully negotiating with the Nigerian FA and German boss Gernot Rohr for the players to report for duty AFTER the Celtic clash
FA official will take money and cooperate with Rangers

duyox2004: I hate it. I’m 41, never married, no kids.
I’ve been close…twice. But ended both relationships when they were caught cheating.
I’ve dated several men since then, most older than me, and they seemed to be in no hurry to even be in a committed relationship. Which is crazy to me that these men are mid-40s and still trying to hangout with the guys and party. I met a whole guy group of friends in Houston 2 years ago…all single, all 36–45 years old. They were throwing house parties during the quarantine…parties!!
When I was in grade school, I was told to get a degree, don’t get pregnant, just enjoy being single, make friends, keep dating, and the right man will find you.
Now that I have two degrees, traveled the world, developed hobbies, and avoided pregnancy…my doctors are telling me to just be a single mom because I’m running out of eggs as I type this message.
I beat teenage pregnancy to be considering single motherhood at 41.
Damn you, parents, counselors, pastors, and everyone who gave me that advice. I can’t get that time (or my eggs) back. I hate being single at this age!!
