Thanks God I have found a solution, infact am replying through my laptop.

here are the steps I took

*change your booting sequence, like mine I used HDD, CD/DVD DRIVE, USB DRIVE, FLOPPY DRIVE
you can arrange in any other but HDD should come first.

*After you close the report for the error message, the system will restart and will display a blue
background with a message: set up is preparing to start,

*Remove the xp disk and wait until set up as for it. do noy hurry to insert it
the message will come like this, not exactly

Insert the SP2 CD to instal D:\i386\asms or press ok to load driver from another location.
just change the location path, i mean the D to C or E and click ok, then close the drive immediately.

it will complete the set up

Please help me out, I dont know what to do again, and every time I on the laptop
it will restart the set up and the error message will come up.
