Dest folarin and pepi are the three striker's bro

COOL10:
It looks like a 3-5-2. Folarin Balogun and Pepi are the two strikers up front. I guess the reason for the 3-5-2 is because Pulisic isn't playing.

Still 4-3-3 bro

COOL10:
The interesting part is that the U.S.A are playing with a different formation today. They used a 4-3-3 in the first match but seem to be playing a 3-5-2 today.

Avoid those countries for your peace of mind

You requested the code. You waited. Nothing came.
Or it arrived 10 minutes later — too late, because it expired.
OTP delays are one of the most frustrating issues online, and most people blame the wrong thing.
Here's what's actually happening behind the scenes.
________________________________________
1. SMS Gateway Congestion
When too many requests hit the same gateway at once, messages queue up.
This is why delays often happen:
• During peak hours (evenings in Nigeria)
• On popular platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram)
• With high-demand providers
The code isn't lost. It's stuck in traffic.
________________________________________
2. Carrier-Level Filtering
Your mobile network operator (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile) sometimes filters international SMS as potential spam.
Especially if:
• The sender uses a short code
• The message contains only numbers
• The sender is flagged by other users
Result: Delayed delivery or silent dropping.
________________________________________
3. Platform Rate Limiting
WhatsApp, Telegram, and Gmail don't send codes infinitely.
If you've requested multiple codes:
• They throttle delivery
• They may block your number temporarily
• They sometimes shadow-ban without telling you
Many users keep requesting, making it worse.
________________________________________
4. Number Quality Issues
Using a virtual number? Here's the chain:
Recycled number → Previously flagged → Platform hesitates → Delayed or blocked SMS → You blame the network
The real culprit is upstream, not your phone.
________________________________________
5. International Routing Delays
SMS doesn't travel instantly. It hops through:
Sender → Gateway → International carrier → Local carrier → Your phone
Any hop can introduce delay:
• Network congestion
• Inter-carrier agreements
• Regulatory filtering
This is why the same platform delivers instantly today and takes 5 minutes tomorrow.
________________________________________
6. Device or SIM Issues
Sometimes it really is local:
• Full SMS inbox
• SIM not properly seated
• Phone in Do Not Disturb
• Third-party SMS apps blocking unknown senders
Always rule these out first.
________________________________________
[What You Can Do Right Now]
If your OTP is delayed:
1. Wait 2 minutes — don't request again immediately
2. Check signal strength — weak signal = delayed SMS
3. Switch to voice call OTP if the platform offers it
4. Use a different number if delays repeat on the same one
5. Avoid peak hours when possible (7-10 PM WAT)
________________________________________
[When It's Not Your Fault]
If you've ruled out everything above and OTPs still fail consistently, the issue is almost certainly:
• The number source (recycled/flagged)
• The platform's anti-abuse system
• A provider-level block
This is where clean verification routes become necessary.

One reason I love Tunji Disu is that he's not a tribalist

treesun:
The Inspector-General of Police, Olatunji Disu, has approved the appointment of CSP Anietie Okokon Edem Iniedu as the new Force Public Relations Officer of the Nigeria Police Force, barely three months after his predecessor, DCP Anthony Okon Placid, took over the role.

A statement issued by the outgoing Force Public Relations Officer, Placid, on Friday, described Iniedu as a seasoned officer with extensive experience in public communication, operational policing, intelligence management, institutional accountability and administration.

Iniedu, a native of Etinan Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pure Chemistry from the University of Uyo.

The statement read, “He has undergone several professional trainings in investigative interviewing, crime scene management, human rights-based policing, strategic communication, and intelligence analysis.

“Prior to his appointment, he served as Head of the Complaint Response Unit, Force Headquarters, Abuja, where he coordinated public complaint management and championed initiatives aimed at strengthening transparency, accountability, and public trust in the Nigeria Police Force.

“He also previously served as Public Relations Officer of the Police College of Information Technology, Kobape, Ogun State, among several operational and administrative appointments across the country.”

According to the statement, Iniedu has held several key positions, including Operations Officer at Maisandari Division, Yobe State Command; Area Crime Officer, Umuahia Area Command, Abia State; Staff Officer, IGP Secretariat, Force Headquarters; Second-in-Command, 50 Police Mobile Force Squadron, Kubwa; and Officer-in-Charge of the Force Headquarters Situation Room, where he supervised the coordination and dissemination of crime and security information nationwide.

The statement noted that the IG expressed confidence in Iniedu’s capacity to lead the Force Public Relations Department, noting that his experience would enhance the force’s strategic communication efforts and strengthen public engagement in support of ongoing policing reforms.

Iniedu takes over from Placid, who was appointed FPRO on March 8, 2026, succeeding Benjamin Hundeyin.

Title: “Rise Again”

[Intro – Deep male vocal]
Yeah… Lagos nights, bright dreams.
From the roadside hustle to the skyline.
We move. We grow. We rise.

[Children’s Choir – soft]
Rise again, rise again,
Never let your hope fade away.
Rise again, rise again,
Better days are on the way.

[Verse 1 – UK Drill/Trap flow]
Woke up with the pressure, still chasing the mission,
No silver spoon, just faith and ambition.
Streetlights flicker, but my vision stay clear,
Every loss taught lessons, every setback made me fierce.

Mama said, "Stand tall when the road gets steep,"
So I turned late nights into goals I keep.
From the bus stop dreams to the city lights glowing,
Planting every seed, now the blessings keep growing.

They doubted the kid, now they watch how I move,
Pain turned purpose, now I got something to prove.
No shortcuts taken, every scar got a story,
Head high, heart strong, we were made for the glory.

[Pre-Chorus – Melodic male vocal]
If I fall, I bounce back stronger,
Rain won't last forever.
I know my time is coming closer,
We rise together.

[Chorus – Male vocal + Children’s Choir]
I came from the ground, now I'm aiming for the stars,
Carrying my people, carrying these scars.
No matter how hard, no matter how far,
We shine, we shine, that's who we are.

[Children’s Choir – louder]
Rise again, rise again,
Never let your fire burn low.
Rise again, rise again,
Keep believing, let it show.

[Verse 2 – Drill cadence]
Every little step, yeah, it adds to the climb,
Stayed patient with the grind, now it's all in the timing.
Had dreams bigger than the place that I started,
Built my future brick by brick, cold-hearted but warm-hearted.

Real ones around me, we don't fold under pressure,
Turning every challenge into something better.
Late nights, early mornings, gotta stay consistent,
Success ain't luck, it's commitment and persistence.

See the kids looking up, gotta lead by example,
Show them any mountain in this life can be handled.
No fear in my voice, no doubt in my soul,
Eyes on the vision, never letting go.

[Bridge – Spoken male vocal]
For everyone working when nobody sees…
For everyone praying when times get hard…
Keep going. Your story isn't finished.

[Final Chorus – Male vocal + Children’s Choir]
I came from the ground, now I'm aiming for the stars,
Carrying my people, carrying these scars.
No matter how hard, no matter how far,
We shine, we shine, that's who we are.

[Children’s Choir – outro]
Rise again, rise again,
Hope is stronger every day.
Rise again, rise again,
Your time is on the way.
