I have sent him usd via skrill to skrill, on my end skrill says the transfer was successful as usd was debited.

He is telling me that because I haven't sent usd in a long time we have to wait 24 hours for the usd to reflect in his account.

Don't get my message wrong. I never said it hasn't reflected. I only said your account hasn't been used in sending funds for a long time and I'm not even sure if it's a Nigeria account so for safety reasons and to avoid all the stories that touch here, you will have to wait for 24 hours for confirmation before we proceed. And you agreed. So what's the posting for. You should know that every trader has to start protecting his account if you have been trading here for some time and u have been seeing what is going on.
