Stanbic ibtc freeman67: It actually depends on the Assets Management you are using, what you want and how you want it.
Most assets managers payout interests at the end of every quarter (End of March, June, September and December). Some customers/clients or investors would want their own interest reinvested while others want theirs paid to their accounts. If you want your interest paid to your bank account instead of reinvesting you can contact them for that.
Also, you can allow the to reinvest then you just redeem the accrued interest anytime you want. |

You're RIGHT....The 14% is for fixed deposit Obinnau: not true |
Investment › Re: Mutual Funds by Amycanada(f): 3:55pm On Nov 07, 2024 |
Please, I'm seeing 14.25% in the bank here for Stanbic Money Market Fund. I thouggt it's said to be 20% interest. |
Investment › Re: Mutual Funds by Amycanada(f): 5:37pm On Oct 19, 2024 |
Please, the 20% interest rate, is it annually? And how is the interest paid, monthly? Obinnau: StanbicIBTC Money market fund is a form of investment where you keep your money to beat the high inflation in Nigeia, that is, you get returns on the investment based on a set rate that changes according to the CBN monetary polic rate.
So in simpler terms, you deposit your money with Stanbic IBTC Assset managers and they help you grow your funds. it is a low risk investment because the MONEY MARKET MUTUAL FUNDS (emphasis on money market mutual funds), invests primarily on Tbills and govt bonds wich has very low chances of default except the Nigerian government does not exist anymore. There are other mutual fund investments that are medium and high risk, but as a beginner you are encouraged to stick to the money market mutual fund.
The current rate is currently about 20% (banks pay you about 6 % on your deposits if you leave your money in traditonal savings accounts). You can do a minimum investment deposit of 5000 naira and up to a trillion . You can choose to deposit your money in bits and bits if you so choose or in one lump sum. yes, you can withdraw the money whenever you want, you have to submit a withdrawal request and the managers will effect in in 1 or 2 business working days back to the account you provided to them during your registration.
I encourage you to use my referral link to register and if you have any questions you can drop it hear.

Which school is this please? cuteBB: Greetings everyone
I am so devastated and I do not know if this situation can be savaged.
We all know how difficult it is to get appointment date but I finally got it. So, I got a mail from my school on the 30th of September, 2021, telling g me I would resume late and I should accept online classes and even if my visa was denied I will not get back 50% of my tuition fee.
I replied the mail telling g them I will not enrol for online classes due to our epileptic power and poor data, I would prefer to have my visa first.
Then, on the 10th of October I was sent a mail to signs some documents as it is required for my matric. And I signed and scanned back to them. Little did I know they will use it as a medium to take 50% of my tuition fee(4000 euros)
Then I was denied my visa and I appealed and I was denied again. I wrote to the school informing them of a denial and I need I tuition fee back and they said since I signed the educational documents I am automatically enrolled into the system and I will only be entitled to 50% of my money.
Please no insults as I am already broken as it is. I borrowed the money with the hope of working and paying when I get to Poland. I do not know how I am going to refund the 50% they are about to collect.
Please I need advice. Can I fight them? Can I win this? Please what can I do because I am so scared |
