WHAT IS DIABETES?
After our previous article on main causes of diabetes types and treatment, we will treat 12 signs of diabetes in this ongoing tutorial.

Another thing about diabetes is this: it is a condition in which the body is unable to process food for efficient usage. Remember this also, our body functions normally because most of the foods we eat is turned into glucose or sugar for energy production. And those sugar and glucose are what give the body its energy level. A diabetic is always weak or fatigue due to lack of sufficient energy.

So when a person have diabetes, it because of the insulin level in the pancreas is not sufficient or the body can't use it own insulin as well as it should. This causes sugar to build up in the patient body. That is why  people refer diabetes to "sugar disease."

Apart from the seriousness of the sickness itself, diabetes have other serious complication issues, such as kidney failure, blindness, heart disease etc.  Research has shown that diabetes is   the sixth leading cause of death in industrial and developed nations like USA, UK and Canada.

There are two methods of treating diseases by colours. They are:

It results from absolutely or relatively lack of insulin, which leads to abnormality in carbohydrate metabolism as well as in the metabolism of protein and fat.

Diabetes is a disease known by medical professional since time immemorial. It is a common disease which affect almost millions of people every year. But with this tutorial, I will extensively discuss its symptoms, types  and the best recommended treatments.

The bad news about diabetes is this: is much more rampant in this present age than in the past. This is true in case of more advance countries of the world dues to widespread affluence and more generous food supply. Also due to more consumption of industrial refined products than natural fruits.

Ways to test diabetes level
The most commonly used screening test of diabetes are the determination of fasting sugar content is 80 to 120 mg. per 100 ml. of blood which can go up to a level of 180 mg.per 100 ml. of blood two hours after a meal.
Anything above this measurement can be termed as diabetes mellitus.

The age-bracket which diabetes affect most
Emphatically, diabetes occur in all ages. From young, infant to the old . But the greatest incidence of diabetes occur in the middle or older age person. It is estimated that over 80 to 85 % of people with diabetes mellitus are over 45 years of age or older.

Strictly speaking, water refers to the liquid state of a substance that prevails at standard ambient temperature and pressure; but it often refers also to its solid state (ice) or its gaseous state (steam or water vapor). It also occurs in nature as snow, glaciers, ice packs and icebergs, clouds, fog, dew, aquifers, and atmospheric humidity.

But our main discussion today is beyond the definition of water. We want to study the reasons you should take a glass, a sachet or cup of water each morning before starting your daily schedule.
