Went to room3( the room for college of medicine ) and was asked to make 3 more copies of it to make it four. A lady collected it, brought out a new form with columns and I was asked to fill it. I am the first person to submit under dentistry supplementary list. That's all

How'd you submit yours? I'm just coming from the admissions office and they said I should come back with it next week for clearance. Ui is the most frustrating uni in this nigeria o, see as they wasted person's time , what if I had come from a very far distance now

Just submitted my acceptance form. Nothing much about it: Submit 4copies of the acceptance form and a copy of the teller, then you fill a column of names, jam reg. no e.t.c
