Awoniyi, Boniface start from the bench today. Fisayo was an unused sub. Uche in action as usual, they keep using him as an attacker unfortunately.

They tried but the league management made things tough for them. Not a profitable venture either.
Am not buying that. How has Remo navigated the same terrain?

He also mentioned the great Japheth Ndoram corroborating what Siasia said about Ndoram.

Now note this. Big Chances created is different from Chances created generally.
Big Chances refer to Chances with higher xG values.

Below is a detailed table showing Ejuke in the top 10 foe Chances created so far in La Liga. His current ratings despite no goal or assist yet are not manufactured out of thin air.

[/quoVA?
Thank you!!!! My point exactly, if he does everything right but the receiver of the pass refuses to score, how is that on Chidera? Except we want him to force the recipients of his passes to score the goals.

he is not really doing his self any favor in that regard. Not even one big chance created with all the dribbles.
Yeah, got It now, thanks for putting that up.

Who should we blame then that he also couldn't create chances from his many dribbles?
I complained recently on this same platform that he plays too much to the lines and this is where most of his dribbles happened. He hardly appears close to the opponent 18 yard box
Statistics about how many chances created weren't shown. I would like to see that.

17 successful take-ons with no single goal of assist. That's a total waste of dribbling
In fairness, I think he should be judged by how many chances created.

Said this in June this year. Seems it still continued. No disrespect meant to Ndidi.
Agreed 100%. I think Ndidi has actually been very decent for Leicester so far this season with some very good assists btw.

On a different note, the non inclusion of the maestro who is yet to feature in the EFL league 1 was downright criminality of high proportion. Anyways, hope the maestro keeps working hard and soaking up knowledge in the EFL league 1.

Ahmed Musa coming back to the NPFL, hope he joins his hometown team Plateau Utd. Though Rangers would need his experience for the CAF CL.

Yes. My mind is just cooking. At that time, I vigorously urged that we shouldn't make anything of it.

It's just that I think Finidi made a some bad decisions chief of which was trying to invent the wheel rather than following the Afcon tactical script

Wasn't Lookman only benched during the friendly? He played in the only 2 competitive games Finidi coached.

Amunike lost his second match as Heartland Manager. He lost to Finidi led Rivers United. 2 matches, 0pt.

This is really good for him though, hope to see him and Heartland bounce back and start picking up points. I believe they are at soaking stage, hence they will surely cook.
Don't forget Heartland just went through a traumatic encounter that even led to loss of a life. It would take a lot to shake that off. Also Sia1 once coached the same Heartland and he couldn't perform a miracle too, this was even when Heartland represented 9ja in the CAF CL.

Eberechi Eze would have easily answered this call but o ti lo.

Should I unretire from my Nwakali slumber the moment he begins playing for Barnsley? 😭😭😭

This is tempting.

Of.course please unretire, at least he trains with the team so he should be fit enough to play. It doesn't matter if he's a bench warmer in the EFL.

What Mikel said about Eguavoen

I know the interim manager now, Augustine Eguavoen who managed me when I was a kid. U17, he was my coach, took us to the World Cup.

"Fantastic guy, lovely guy, a manager who gives you all the freedom in the world to express yourself, speaks to you really well.

"He reminds me so much of Carlo Ancelotti, no jokes about that, his man management is top. He speaks to players really well. He is so humble. He communicates with players really well, puts his arm around you.

"He gets his players on his side, that's so important. You could see coming in short notice and getting the team to play so well. You can't teach them so much is such a short space of time.

"It's about the communication, it's about the man management of making the players so relaxed so they can perform and that's what I saw when I watched the game because the team performed really well, the first game, and also the second game. Of course we didn't win it but there was so much positivity.

"The team played really well yesterday and I thought we could have won the game."
Eguavoen also gave him his first Super Eagles cap as well.
BTW wetin Iwobi do am wey e go sit down for naughty corner on the stadium tracks like say dem punish am.

Thanks bro, na work I suppose dey do so I no fit watch am well. And I think besides that pass, Chuks has been a bit quiet. We need to convert our chances sha, Bruno has had a couple of opportunities and there is no way Luku's goal should have been disallowed, criminal in my opinion.
