Former Golden Eaglets star Akinkunmi Amoo is undergoing trials with nine-time Azerbaijani champions Neftchi Baku with a view to a transfer.
He better to Shooting Stars or Remo Stars.

So even with the SuperFalcons performance at the World Cup 😂😂😂

I like this from you though and I believe you were one of those who wrote them off even before the last World Cup that they weren’t even going to qualify from the group.!
Oh yes I did write them off and was more than happy with the WC outing. But now we are in a group with the World champions who are definitely better than England and a Japanese team that many even tipped to win the last WC. For me, it would be unfair to expect that it would be a walk in the park for us and our right to advance from that group. I wish our team nothing but the best and I hope we advance to the 2nd round but won't crucify the team if they fail to do so.

I agree with you
I think for now PSG is a better fit..
If he decides not to stay at Napoli
Though Osimhen has the mental toughness to deal with media backlash and criticism
If he goes to Liverpool, I am comvinced he will do well even with all the pressure..

But i just dont think Liverpool will drop £100M
What happens is Nunes?

So I think if Osimhen's team considers the move, they can wait for his announcement, study his philosophy and especially how he uses his strikers before jumping in.

This move is a critical one for Osimhen because he will be playing in his prime.
Its public information already. And good inputs from you.

LETS TALK ABOUT THIS GROUP AT THE OLYMPICS ⚽

GROUP C
1. Spain 🇪🇸
2. Japan 🇯🇵
3. Nigeria 🇳🇬
4. Brazil 🇧🇷

How many points can The Super Falcons of Nigeria collect here?

🥅 9 Points?
🥅 7 Points?
🥅 6 Points?
🥅 5 Points?
🥅 4 Points?
🥅 3 Points?
🥅 2 Points?
🥅 1 Point?
🥅 0?
If we want to be logical and remove any form of bias, 1pt should be the expectation, draw against Brazil. However, i would be over the moon if we can get 4pts from this group.

Do we know who is taking over Liverpool? I think Klopp is going. That should come first before a move decision.
The dutch guy currently coaching Feyenord, Arne Slot i believe.

He doesn’t want dt stress again, besides he believe he’s ripe enuf for the top job ,to amuneke, those who av been employed since rohr era till date is not better Dan him in anyway,so y go for a lesser job.
Honestly, if the punch report is true, i doubt the current NFF and the tech committee (surprisingly had some of his teammates) would give him any appointment. In my opinion, I think he is burning bridges with the NFF already.

Also, unrelated, who could Osimehn have been singing for in the viral video after he won the CAF POY when he did apala song?

Emmanuel Amunike should have congratulated Finidi George and move on instead of this statements.

I knew it would be difficult getting the job with Eguavoen as head of technical team. After 2022 Afcon Amunike went to press, saying he didn’t know much about the team selection whereas it was he that recommended Nwakali and Eguavoen accepted.

Emma should know more about coaching,it’s a circle job cuz we have seen Stephen Keshi,Austin Eguavoen,Siasia,Oliseh and Finidi now,so he should calm down.He will surely coach the team if he brings his ego down.
If it were possible i would recommend Amuneke as U23 coach or maybe even apply for the now vacant Enyimba role. I remember Siasia coached Heartland for a few games before his first SE appointment.

As an NPFL coach he might feel obliged to give his constituents (local players) a chance.

No problems with that as long as whoever is invited can justify their selection.

Finidi is not that good and he got the job. That lies the answer and why people found it puzzling. Amunike needs to get qualifications, till UEFA Pro Coaching License in 2013. Then got a UEFA Masters Coaching License. Worked at Assistant in U17 and did well. Coached the U17, despite sabotage, did well. Coached the U20. Assisted in Super Eagles, coached in the local league. Coached Tanzania, qualified them. Has some stints in other African countries.

But no, he must do more but you are all happy that Finidi got the job by just coaching the Npfl and assist in Super Eagles.

Please.
Sir, how long did he last in those African stints yo mentioned sir, namely Egypt and Sudan. Thank you.

No be laugh matter. If Finidi fails NFF will take the hammer. This is not about Amuneke because Amuneke will ge the job someday. Let’s hope we qualify.

Amuneke should try and get a job even if it's on the local scene as Finidi has done. His results will make a more compelling case as it did for Keshi.

Not my favorite but I wish him nothing but the best. I hope the stories that he lost the dressing room isn't true. Also, even if we don't qualify for the WC, I hope he doesn't get fired but given time to grow into the role.

Is success really a DNA thing? We have had a lot of sons/daughters of sports stars try to follow their parent's or siblings footsteps but were not as successful. On the flipside, we do have some truly Iconic sports families. I would list out some I know where different members of a family achieved moderate to huge success in sports.
Segun Odegbami and Wole Odegbami - football, Nigeria (brothers)
The Ayews - Abedi Pele, Kwame Ayew (brother of Abedi), André Ayew, Jordan Ayew
Kalu Uche and Ik Uche - football, Nigeria (brothers)
Davidson and Osmond Ezenwa (twin brothers, athletics)
Emma and Patrick Okala (brothers and Goalkeepers)
Kanu Nwankwo and Ogbonna Kanu
John and Peter Utaka
Finidi George and Late Igenewari George
Sunday Oliseh and Azubuike Oliseh
Serena and Venus Williams
Johan Cruyff and Jodi Cryuff
Inaki and Nico Williams - football, Inaki (Ghana), Nico (Spain)
Gary Neville and Phil Neville
Frank Lampard Sr and Frank Lampard Jr
You can name yours too.

Hoener didn't lose twice to Cameroon in Maroc 88. He drew the first game and lost the final to questionnable officiating. How can you forget that thunderous goal by the Late Sam Okwaraji of blessed memory!!!!!

Just Dey surprise that people who always attacking Keshi with bribery allegations are supporting Amunike who was involved in shady deals and well documented than Keshi hearsay allegations. This is the reason why I brought those allegations here not that I have anything against Emma Amunike.

2-3 seasons at Ocean boys. 1 at Julius Berger. No major trophy. No relegation either. Unlike Amunike, Manu Garba was given ultimatums before he was fired due to very poor performance at Gombe. Didn't even last a full season.

Thanks!!! Manu was really poor and Amunike was at best mediocre in the NPFL. However, in my own books, he didnt exceptionally well in Tanzania.

Because someone rejected una no be the end of the world!!!!!. I read somewhere too that Dortmund declined to sign Marco Reus because they said he was too skinny as a youth player and eventually spent millions of dollars to sign him. Much can be said of Osimehn, Salah and KDB too, players rejected but came back stronger and proved the doubters wrong!!!
