I am still using the same ATM card for 3yrs now, when I collected my card, it was my old sim card.

Better and easier....because changing BVN number, filling update forms, bla bla bla...... will not solve it, as long as the ATm card is still carrying the old line.

When you collect your ATM card, was it the old line that was on the Account? If yes ,then get another ATM card which will now carry the new line.
Simple and short.

I told you, I had similar issue.

It wont work like that.....I had similar issue too. The solution is to get another ATM card, then you OTP Will be sent to you new number.
