Withdraw the appeal at the SC and go and challenge the case of Bala at the FHC and prove that he legitimately resigned and that Okey Nwosu was legally competent to have handed over to David Mark and that it was in line with their party's constitution. 2. Revert back to status quo ante bellum as the CA has directed. Meaning handing over back to Okey Nwosu and other executives return to their previous posts. 3. Who are the lawyers the ADC is using? It is legally wrong to file a stay of execution in an interlocutory appeal because there is nothing to stay since the substantive case is still before the FHC. Secondly, the stay of execution ought to have been filed at the Court of Appeal in the first instance, not the SC. It is only when the Court of Appeal refused it that you can proceed to the SC. So if they had taken all these steps, why were they lying against Tinubu and APC, especially that one called Peter?
