Honestly, I find it difficult to enjoy boiled eggs.😩

For me to really enjoy anything close to boiled eggs, I'd have to poach the eggs in spiced and seasoned noodles.

I might do 3 eggs to one pack of noodles.

l understand your point though, maybe you can add carrots, green peas, or any other things that you like to the boiled eggs to enable you like and enjoy it but meanwhile avoid eating 3 eggs at a sitting, one egg per day is recommended by Physicians and this is to guard against TOO MUCH CHOLESTEROL in your system ooo,

Personally, I enjoy both boiled, fried and poached eggs but I try to remain within a reasonable limit like one cooked or fried egg per day but in exceptional case , all things been equal, l can make it atleast 2 eggs , and the good Lord has kept me healthy.

I have not gone nor slept in a Hospital bed for more than 25 years ooooooooo, Healthy living Plus the GRACE OF GOD has kept me healthy ooooooooo...
